Having a family is such a blessing. My lads are now in their 20s, one of them in London now actually, and seeing what wonderful young men they have grown into makes my heart glad. We have always as a family made sure that we all know that we love each other.
Would love to hear some of your family stories.

It was very thoughtful, kind, and generous of your son to give you that car. I'm sure he appreciated the way you brought him up now that he is an adult. Every night at bed time I give my wife a hug and tell her I love her.

This chat had strong vibes of "Now the Rest of The Story" with Paul Harvey. An American radio host and storyteller. Thank you Simon for this chat, really enjoyed it.

Simon, I asked you what kind of trees line the London streets. I looked it up, and I think they are 'London Plane Trees'. The London Plane Tree is a mix between the American Sycamore and the Oriental Plane Tree. The female tree yields small berries and flowers in the spring.

I would definitely be interested in hearing more stories from your fathers life. Or any story you would like to share. Thank you

Simon - the trees are predominately (at 4.36) London Plane (Platanus x hispanica) a hybrid between American Sycamore and Oriental Plane. Distinctive in their flaking grey and cream bark usually mid-tree upwards. They were chosen for their hardiness and tolerance of urban pollutants.
