Just found your channel, interesting to see how much the pricing varies with mailboxes. Love the nice clean modern look to your store. Maybe just a suggestion, I know you have the locker mailbox but have you considered maybe amazon lockers there instead? They could drive up foot traffic a lot to your store... Anyways, thanks for the video!
I love your videos. I watch them while in my store. I used a sample mailbox contract from RSA. In my contract customers are allowed 30 pieces of accountable mail/packages per month. I will hold mail or packages that don't fit in their box for free for 1 week, then I charge a storage fee. I tell my customers they can make copies of their key themselves. I charge a $5 key fee because that is how much a replacement lock set costs me. I will switch the locks out after a rental mailbox is cancelled.
I think it would be awesome to work at a shipping store. I am self employed and have an office of 1, so I have many office equipment type of things, but I only use them for me but I enjoy the office type of work like you do, because it’s not so much focus on computer but everything else all blended together every day. Although my like of work is out on the road every day. Interesting videos, thank you, always love seeing other people build a business as well.
People don't have to forward their USPS mail to you if they don't want too. Plus, not forwarding means they can forward it later after 6 months or so if they decide not to keep the PMB. It is important to let customers know that once they get a PMB, they cannot FORWARD their mail from it. As a CMRA, PMB customers can no longer use the USPS to forward mail. They have to notify the people and companies that they have a new or different address.
Every video is a new surprise
Ty for watching!
Awesome videos! Keep up the great work🎉
Thank you! 🙏
The bloopers are funny 😂
@gracescircle4471 glad you find it funny, I'm not a funny person... lol
@@SpeedyPackNGo love the bloopers too.
Once you fill up those mailboxes you should consider buying used mailboxes. Just a thought
yes for sure, new ones are expensive

@@zerofears938 I did apply for Amazon locker and got approved, but they required to put it outside. My city doesn't allow it.

What do you do if they receive large packages that don't fit in their mailbox? Or too much mail.
@loganz I put a slip saying they have a package, and I put their package in my back shelves.
Do you use PostalMate at your store?
@baabaafun1799 yes.
How do you market your mailboxes?
so far just my signs on window and A frame signage. planning to do EDDM.
Your prices are too low I see this with businesses all the time you will wish you had a higher price

I priced my mailbox close to the private owned competitor nearby
