Unfortunately had to move away recently, and will miss visiting Rivaaz as regularly, but I think this will settle as a friendly reminder of my visits! Was always a pleasure visiting the restaurant, and will still be popping by whenever possible!
Thanks Shah for sharing your recipe! , tried it last Saturday and was pleased with the result :) . the only mistake i made was not taking the fat off the lamb( i used stewing lamb),but a week on and i have trimmed it so hopefully will be perfect

I am sure I won't get my attempt to be as good as this or at Rivaaz, shall be back soon (hopefully) to enjoy again.
