It takes Time but yes it can go, use an exfoliating agent, or retinol it will take months or maybe over a year, because scar is difficult to go. A laser skin treatment will also remove it. Which is done in a clinic. Any serum, or retinol you use needs a proper protocol don't start without doing full research and studying it first
