@@TheBudgetDermatologist Religion is authoritarian, and authoritarians are controlling. Between men and women, men set the emotional tone/vibe socially, and women reciprocate what men present to them. The tone is mostly authoritarian. What is one thing authoritarian men want control over the most? Women.
What is the exact opposite of a controlling attitude? Humility, honesty, respect, and non-violence. Having a controlling attitude is the ABSENCE of developing character towards women socially for purposes of mating and sex. So what is the purpose of religion? To appear Godly and spiritual socially WITHOUT developing character within.
With authoritarianism, ALL MEN BLAME WOMEN for dishonesty socially. Kind of fucked up and manipulative, don’t you think? Considering men are physically bigger in frame, physically aggressive (violent), angry (authoritarian) all the time, and overall control the tone/vibe of how men and women interact socially.
Why is almost all violence and machismo in some way or another affiliated religion? It’s not hard to see the truth: to get rid of religion socially worldwide is to also get rid of conformity, authoritarianism, and violence towards women.
All war, ultimately, has to do with control over women by authoritarian (lying) men.
God is love, and love is a collective consciousness filled with humility and honesty, and an absence of a violent, central authority.
Only “alpha” males focus on religion. They are the most manipulative, materialistic, and conniving of men, as well as the most violent. Not all alphas are religious, but almost all religious men are alpha (authoritarian).
Evolved men are too honest for religion or atheism. They focus on telepathy. The only way to focus on telepathy is to be honest and humble socially.
Men focusing on the spiritual focus on spirituality NOW, which is telepathy. They do not wait to form spiritual personalities until after death (religion), and then play head games in the material with money, weight training, martial arts, and anger.
This is honesty. No one can live in denial of the truth.

I recently tried retinol for the first time (face serum and under eye serum). My skin LOVED it; my eyes, not so much. I already have chronic dry eyes, and the retinol made it a lot worse. When I said this to my dermatologist, she advised trying bakuchiol instead. Definitely intrigued by it!

My dry, sensitive, 58 year old skin with mild rosacea not only tolerates but LOVES ACURE Radically Rejuvenating Bakuchiol Overnight Treatment. I've been using it for about a year and a half. I was not specifically looking for a retinol type skincare product. It just happens to be something my finicky skin accepted as a night cream. Over time I have learned that Shea Butter in facial products flares my rosacea like nothing else. The Acure cream is very soothing to my skin. It does have both Bakuchiol and Squalane in the ingredient deck but likely has much less than the products you shared. Thank you for this helpful video!

So I apply 2-3 pumps (I know that’s generous but there’s no way I could spread less product) and I mist some La Roche Posay spring water onto it and thin it out a little and then apply it to my face

I have been using the PC one with Bakuchiol very effectively. The one from the Inkey list irritated my skin, even though it was a lower percentage than the PC product. While PC is clearly higher priced, I use it about 4 x a week and one bottle lasts me about 4 months plus I always buy it when there is a 20% off sale, so it really isn't more costly per use than the Inkey list.

Great video! I use the inkey list bakuchiol but not as a moisturizer. I just use it exactly like I do as a serum over top of my other serums and then I finish off with my nighttime moisturizer. I do feel it has helped me with fine lines and hyperpigmentation but not as much acne. I only use it every other night but that's because I use Retin-A on the other nights. I highly recommend it for a budget option but also because I've had times where I've run out of the inkey list product and then like a month later I start to notice the fine lines and pigment coming back so I know it works for me at least. Retin-a has made a lot more difference, so if I had to choose I would pick retin a, however my skin is too irritated normally to use vitamin C or other acids anymore, but I just use bakuchiol and niacinamide instead.

Thank you for your valuable info on Bakuchiol, which I have been using for some years now, and indeed it works. My hyperpigmentation has diminished significantly, but I believe because I have been using other treatment serums together with Herbivore Bakuchiol (which you mentioned doesn’t have enough percentage of that ingredient to work effectively, perhaps those additional serums were actually doing a good job on my skin). I’m always getting compliments on how good my skin looks. Anyway, I’m going to try Avene since you mentioned has the right percentage of Bakuchiol, also the eye cream by Tula, since, again, herbivore’s eye cream did nothing for my puffy eyes, as my concern is mainly depuffing. Thanks again 💝

I only bought it because I thought it wasn’t an actual Avon product, just one they sell….but I think I was wrong, so knowing Avon, it must not be a good one. I've used the Inkey List bakuchiol. I have dry skin. It makes a great moisturizer in the summer. Generally, I use this on my neck and chest, which is too sensitive for retinoids (sigh). No breakouts when I use on my face, btw. I have been using the Paula's Choice product you mentioned for over a year; loving it. I've also purchased a bakuchiol serum from RevivSerums... don't love. I know its on olive young and stylevana. I'll say that it doesn’t disclose the percentage however.

Hmmmmmm…. This didn’t seem to work for me for acne as well as old fashioned Retin-A. But, I’d try this as a combo with my Retin-A, or if I decide to have another kid. Also, I appreciate the recommendations because when I tried bakuchiol, it definitely wasn’t one of these.

Hi and thank you for all of the wonderful advice with these products! I have purchased a few of the recommendations and have a question...My morning routine has been the Loreal Glycolic cleanser, the Avene RetinAL advanced correcting serum, and the LaRose Posay double repair moisterizer. I recently purchased the Timeless Vitamin C that you also recommend. Can I use both the serum and the vitamin C in my morning routine and if so, which one would I apply first? And thank you for making these informative videos! :)

The most important thing about Bakuchiol is that it is not of animal origin like retinol. Bakuchiol is of plant origin. Let's please stop using animals.🙏

Fantastic info. Thank you! I was just looking for Avene retrinAL at lovelyskin and its out of stock from the manufacturer until December 2022. Must be popular! I'm going to try Time Sensitive from bioelements since i'm already using their other moisturizers. It has .5% bakuchiol in it along with peptides etc.
