Think Willis is underrated - this serie was fucking funny! He is a great singer and performer and have so much humor what you dont see that much in his action film!
Watching the terribly dreary Season 4 of this show at the moment and posting reviews of each episode! Thought I needed a break from the drama to look at some happier times from the series! You achieved that here! Beautiful and thanks! :D
Rewatching the show. I've just finished season 2. Not looking forward to season 4. Debating whether to skip it. I LOVED Moonlighting as a kid but hated season 4. A decade later as a adult I told myself that I didn't like it because I wasn't mature enough for it. On rewatching it again back then I still hated it. Really sad as this show is in my top 3 all time favourite TV series.
Oh, they didn’t hurry love at all in that show. The writers kept fans waiting for 3 seasons before Maddie and David finally ended up in bed. It was a torture! And then instead of rewarding us with some cute love scenes they just flushed the whole series down the toilet
They could have pulled it back when she saw how much he did for her while she was away. But these two were supposed to disappear into the sunset together and everyone knew it... apart from those writing the final episodes... tragic
Preach. I just have to pretend that the “morning after” and subsequent scenes from Atomic Shakespeare is what “really” happened later. Those scenes were really sweet and well written. I don’t believe the writers for that ep (or at least Caron) were around for S5. It should have ended just as Taming of the Shrew, which the show was inspired by, did.
even though sheppard runied the series she gave him a career kind of sad it saved her career but made him a star he got 5 mill for die hard and she never got paid that much in her little karl malden tomato ass nose no tits life but they were good together
no what ruined the show was her having kids in real life then when she lost the kid on the show not real life it was too much reality for them to erase right after they made love the show should have ended
The problem wasn't that the sexual tension was gone. The problem was the writers didn't even give this duo a chance to be a romantic couple. They separated the couple right after they slept together. The viewers hardly had the chance to enjoy the romance, it was taken away immediately. Even if the tension was gone, the least the writers could have given the fans was a happy ending but no, they couldn't even give us that.

I remember it was funny until the writers decided you can only carry sexual tension so far. That was the beginning of the end-which took too long.
