    Onion ( प्याज़) 2
    Coriander ( हरी धनिया)100 gm
    Bay leaf ( तेज़ पत्ता) 1
    cinnamon( दालचीनी ) 1 inch
    Black pepper ( काली मिर्च) 1 spoon
    Cumin ( जीरा ) 1 spoon
    Small cardamon ( छोटी इलाइची) 2
    cloves ( लौंग ) 4
    Big cardamon ( बड़ी इलाइची) 2
    Green beans ( फलियाँ ) 100 gm
    Tomato (टमाटर ) 1 big
    Carrot ( गाजर) 1
    Capsicum ( शिमला मिर्च) 1
    Pea ( मटर ) 100 gm
    oil ( तेल) 2-3 Spoon
    Green chilli ( हरी मिर्च ) 2
    Turmeric ( हल्दी ) 1 spoon
    Salt ( नमक ) 1.5 spoon
    For tadka :
    Ghee ( घी ) 2 spoon
    Dry red chilli (सूखा लाल मिर्च ) 2
    Garlic ( लहसुन ) 5 kaliya
    Curry leaves ( करी पत्ता ) 10 leaves
