Nehaben! આપની બધી જ receipe માટે હૂ ખુબ આભારી છું.. આપની દરેક receipe સરસ જ હોઈ છે.. પરંતુ થેપલા માં આપે કહ્યું એ પ્રમાણે મલાઈ મિકસ kari.. દહીં કે બેસન નો ઉપયોગ pan નથી કર્યો.. થેપલાં સ્વાદ માં to ખુબ જ સરસ જ થાય છે.થેપલાં ચીવડ તો નથી થયા પાન સોફ્ટ નથી થતાં.. Crispy થઈ જાયી છે.. એટલે મૂંઝવણ થઈ છે..
