You didn't explain how to make individual .txt files. How did you make these files? How did you arrange marker genotypes in txt file so that it fits better in the software? If files are not perfect this becomes a time consuming task. Plz look into it and reply.
It is better to see the example files come with the software. You will find them in the folder where the software will be installed. Just copy them example files and replace them with your own data. Hope this will help.
