I let mine go to seed i dont gather them and they just keep coming back year after year. When they are small i dig them up and plant somewhere else to confuse the pest. You have to rotate. Great video brother. I grow my greens indoors in a hydroponic tower. I grew strawberries and they blew over to another bed.

Thank you so much for this informative video!!! I have a friend who says her swiss chard just comes up every year without even planting it! She sent me seeds and I am going to try that this year! I am in CT so we still have a while to go until we can actually get out and work the garden much. I love eating the food I grow. it saves me money and I just feel like it's so much better for us and healing our bodies. Gardening in zone 6A can be challenging, we have a pretty short season. The less stuff we have to buy, the better!!! :)
