Actually, the in-dash tachometer did not come standard on the 1969 Chevelle 396SS. You had to specifically order option U14 for the in-dash tachometer on an Super Sport Chevelle in 1969.

Steering wheel not original

This is the original steering wheel to this Chevelle. It was available on the 1969 Chevelle under option code N34. It was the optional sport steering wheel.
