This kind of attitude and dedication is truly amazing. Unlike the people in my country, those who put up stalls on the street, they never cared whether they are properly setting it up, never care if their surrounding is clean, never care whether the way they install it will damage the property and after the day end, they never bother cleaning up. This guy certainly considers everything. LOVE IT!
Notice how much work he got done without ever having to rush anything. Takes his time and makes sure things are up to his standard. You can tell this is something he takes pride in doing. Love it!
Vbkk
After seeing this guy i think i never worked hard enough in my life! Please tell this guy that his work is inspiring
I have seen older men ( white haired ) running their street ramen stalls and I feel ashamed to be retired , should work a couple of years more .
I was thinking the same thing...dang.
@@dthtr1 Don't. Japanese culture sadly demands perfection. You're a human being, not a work slave. You earned your retirement. Enjoy what time you have.
So much work goes into this set up .this man is a true hard worker.you do not see this attitude here in UK that much.i would love to make him a complete new set up as I am a carpenter retired.i know he would appreciate this gift.. hats off to this true hard worker.
Respect to all the hard working people.
I understand his purpose of doing everything possible to make his customers be comfortable and safe while enjoying his service and after all I am positive his product is amazing otherwise he wouldn’t be doing all that he does day and after day to make a living.
Hard working serious people, old and young . I feel respect .
I can’t imagine making a living like this every day setting up your shop. Determination and fortitude. Thanks for these videos always interesting to see how people make a living in Japan.
Thank you so much for making these videos. I can’t travel, so this is the next best thing to experiencing what daily life might be for some incredibly industrious, creative and talented people in Japan. Muah! 💋
Things I like about Japan, they preserve their culture + add modern touch into it to make life easier. I see a lot of these kind of video where young people also doing this work. I wish I could visit Japan in the future to experience it myself.
This man is amazing! I can't begin to describe his talent, his skill, his enormous work ethic and dedication to his passion. That's right. You have to have deep passion for doing what he does, taking the time and back-breaking manual labor to set up a semi-permanent, tiny outdoor eatery. Think about it. He could keep his little portable food stand operating there forever. He probably has some kind of local ordinance permit to operate his portable food eatery for a short period of time. Maybe he set up for an upcoming Japanese folk festival.
This man did this all by himself, with not a single helper. He might have children but they're probably in high school or in college at the moment. His wife is probably at home preparing the food as you can see the entrepreneur already brought it with him.
I couldn't do what this man does. He's a much better man than me. I can't match his work ethic. I thought having to retile my parent's home kitchen floor and bathroom was back-breaking work when I was 20 years old. It's nothing compared to what this guy does all the time.
It is pure magic to watch the percussion that this wagon is deconstructed and wonderfully recreated into a street diner plus seating. Every movement is exact - no hesitation - just focus - no wasted movement just results. Every piece is set exactly where it is needed. Clothes are folded neatly. Every placement is exactly where is needs to be. This man is a wizard of organization. Every surface is clean. Safety is a primary consideration. Once the station is set up the cooking can start. I wish I was there to sit at the counter and enjoy his delicious food. May God bless him with. Good weather, a full stream of customers and a successful day. Very impressed. 💐
Setting up and breaking down everyday. So much work to do but I enjoy watching.
Hello from Washington, D.C. Truly Amazing the amount of detail in order to set this up daily. Food looks delicious. Thanks for this video
We welcome you any time in Fukuoka
凄いなぁ、手際がいい
This is poetry. Every piece, no matter how big, how small, or how old looking, serves a purpose, and sometimes serves multiple purposes. In watching this man setting up his oden stall, I seem to have learned some deeper lesson about this jigsaw puzzle we call life.
a working man always gets much respect... with love from USA.
Aww, when the lights turned on. I admire his dedication. Like, what if the power didn't work after set up? The guy favors my late passing dad.
I respect the patience and discipline of the Japanese people.
Thanks for the clip😍😍😍
❤️Japanese people truly hardworking; tidy and skillful😍 kids are well-behave..GOD BLESS ALL🌏❤️
Hard work, honest living and dedication, truly the definition of the Japanese culture. I hope the young generation can see these values and keep it. Its hurting to this tradition slowly fade.
So much respect for someone who is so dedicated to his food and customers. I would always be eating there rain or shine , I would be there. Thank you for sharing these videos! I totally enjoy them.
好親切的日本人文文化!😍

So hardworking and dedicated. I want to cry 💜
Hatimu sangat baik. Tuhan menyayangimu.
After watching the other Younger Man setting up his stall and working at lightning speed. This older Man is taking it slower. You can tell he has Years of experience now, and that he's comfortable taking it at a slower pace. He remembers his younger days have gone. And can now relax a bit!

Greetings from Colorado🇺🇸 Its so Amazing to watch these food stalls transform into cozy little kitchens .Its hardwork to take them apart and put them back together. 👍❤🍺
he's a legend.
Thank you so much for these wonderful videos! Greetings from Chile 🙂🙏
I love oden stalls. When I lived in Tokyo I would eat at them by the train station in the wintertime.
Esp when it was snowing.
@@DeeKay68 Snowed a few times when I lived there.
It is well organized and so clean.
I respect owner of his hard work.
Thanks for sharing
Such a COOL video! Thank you for sharing 😎 I’ve subscribed.
Thank you very much!
This work is just setting up the stall. Imagine he still has to pack up, prepare the food for next day, actual cooking at the site, and drive. Omg, the hard work.
it's quite amazing that there are so many foreigners who claim to love Japan or Japanese food but never had oden. You never see Japanese restaurants outside of Japan selling oden, something so popular you can get it in 7-11 in Japan.
That's a lot of work not gonna lie u earn my respect you really does,i hope one day he can open his own oden shop and not a stall
Mesmerizing! Should be honored as a national living treasure.
I would eat from him, he's clean
At least this guy has a van! The other guy hauled his cart himself.
dont compare, better than those illegally occupied stalls
Really hard working !
That is the most beautiful and coolest thing I ever seen. Thank God for old school stall and mini van. Wow. And thank God I’m part Japanese
i agree! omgn!!
I am really impressed with all the structure you learned to make your own business, congratulations on the hard work and the food seem to be very delicious 😋
appreciate your first comment on us. we will continue uploading a variety of food video so please enjoy it.
I just saw your other video which was my 1rst !! New subbie & keep up the great videos & great food my friend!!! If my son lives closer to you .. he would definitely eat @ your food stall everyday !! No joke .. 🥰🥰.. Luv & blessings from Nj Usa 🇺🇸🙏🏽🙏🏽🥰
This is a great example of what you thought you saw as a disaster on wheels turning out to be a very well-organized thought-out situation. Can you imagine not feeling well and having to set this up and serve your customers all day and then breaking it down, WOW.
Wow! A wonderful tavern is created in no time!!!! 👍👍👍
setting up , packing up, going home to prep for the next day, actually cook the food...this is a LOT of work
am impressed .now i wanta watch him make me a bowl : )
Usually a wife would help with the prep work.
watching these videos with stalls from Japan. I noticed the tube connecting the gas to the stove is legit nice. Over here we have to screw on tight they just snap in place it seems. Has to be air tight if its for gas. Japanese are so inventive.
Not everything need to look new and modern in Japan. This stall itself would not be as charming if it wasn’t so old and rustic. Reminded me of the ODEN days.
I love how people in traffic are in no way rushed, not like it is here in the US.
Very industrious... new subs here . Greetings!
I just love these food stalls ♥️.
tradition goes on \ AWESOME!"
it would be interesting to see the packing up process at the end of the night as well not just the setup.
It would be nice to see some jeffin oden !
It’s just reverse of the setup
The cameramen cannot wait until it closes
I'm in love!
nice and great video, i subscribed!
and please make more video like this :)
and more part of how they make the food ;)
this dude is a legend 🔥
I would love to sit down at this stall and enjoy a glass of Ashai & lots of Eden. I miss Japan so much.
I'd like to have some of those benches to use as sawhorses. Nice design.
wow AM impressed ! wanta have a bowl of that !@ : ) thanks for the post!
엄청~ 부지런하신분이시네요.~^^
Everything has to go in their right places, wow, talking about “Standard Operating Procedures” the only difference is “SOP” is in writing, this is all in the memory, by repetition, Amazing person.

Awesome! From Vietnam.👍
Imagine watching full video of Food Stall and only the last two minute about Food... 😂😂
Some of these old Karts look like they been around a long long time. Pretty cool.
Spectcular!!! Even a single piece of wood has its specific function! Not sure if he is a good chef, but he must be an excellent plumber

Спасибо за видео.Удачи Японии и японцам !
This is everyday? How do you restock and clean and prep and pack? How is this cost effective? Not knocking them. I am amazed. This is my new fav thing to watch.
Mine too! I just discovered these videos and I’m totally hooked! Specially when we have young strong men and women here in the US chronically addicted to some type of drug. Then I see these videos that prove that where there is a will, there is a way. 😍
Saludos desde México, me gustaría algún día conocer su hermoso país.

Yum
Car good. Nice 👍
