Thanks for enlightment...Let s be practical....For you to build a standard bungalow that is a 3 bedroomed house you would use approximately 1000 blocks @ at kshs 70 equivalent to 70000 compare with a precast concrete wall panel that goes for let say each at 1950 by 100 that would be 195000 you have not included transport....which the most expensive.

It's good...but it only saves on time and cost of walling only...otherwise all other parts of the house will be as the others....I mean Foundation roofing plumbing and electrical

Hi Zuko, you need columns and beams to support the weight of a 2 or 3 storied building. These panels are used for partitioning and not for load bearing.

Yes they're strong enough for walling. For support, beams and columns are used
It seems like a faster build but how do you stop the c channels form rusting over time
Spray coating the steel helps mitigate against rusting

Don't use short cuts. After Electrical pipes are installed. Holes must be filled with concrete and ring beam to hold and stabilise the house uniformly

Both materials are strong but have different characteristics. Panels are made of prestressed concrete & stone blocks are made from natural stone
