Is it a nice problem to have? Keeping hundreds of pounds of fish in keepnets for hours has got to start raising the question of fish welfare. On the one extreme we have anglers catching big fish, putting antiseptic on the hook wound, putting them in a weigh cradle and bath for photo and releasing. The other end of the spectrum we have anglers fishing waters with high density of fish catching as many as fast as they can plopping them in a keep net for hours then ceremoniously tipping them into weigh slings tubs.
