Looks awesome as usual...just found your beef, chicken, and sweet BBQ rubs at my local Sportsmans warehouse, bought 1 of each, can't wait to try them, thx!
Yep! Count me in - gonna try this over the weekend! I’ve been a subscriber since your brisket video and I finally have a question. Q: Have you ever messed up grilling or smoking or cooking for a video and had to do it all over?
I would do a couple things different than this dude in most his video but I subscribe to him because he knows how to fucking grill lol His seasonings are like 95% on point every time.
I've worked next to and along side over a hundred meat cutters for over thirty-seven years. I've traveled the country 48 states and been around the world three times, lived in many countries, visited dozens more and have never heard of "flap" steaks. Might be a regional name, I'm guessing.
Just found this recipe and I'm doing it tonight with fresh parsley from my herb garden. SPG all the way to let the flap talk by it self.
Wow that looks amazing! Going to make it tomorrow for my family
Love the Weber kettle , as a weber demonstrator you can’t beat the taste from a Weber kettle 👌👌👌

This channel should have way more subscribers! Awesome!
Char is where it's at! And of course the chimi is the perfect sauce on a char heavy steak. Nice.
What that’s so beautiful. Can’t wait to try that!

Oh yes. Especially when first starting out.

Is it fine to season a couple hours ahead of time or is it better to do just before?
Either will work great!
@ thanks. I did season a couple hours ahead and the steak turned out amazing. Such a great cut! Inexpensive , flavorful and tender!

I was thinking for sure it was a flank with a different name as well. Never have seen this cut in St. Louis.
