      it's been 11 months but nvm. i was suffering from the same error then i tried to download the app named smart control which is the app of the sennheiser. after that try to connect ur headphones with the app. that worked for me. it might be usefull for u too

    If you have a high pitch sound on the ANC or in calls. Apparently is because we have to clean the inner thin mesh, because the glue melted, so it affects the earbud. Once you clean it, it should work normal again

      Emilio can you please explain me how did you clean the inner this mesh without damaging it? I have the problem of the pitch sound 😕

      @@manolomartinez6917 hey bro i just did this and it worked for me. I was having SUPER WEIRD problems with my MW3's...its EXACTLY WHAT HE SAID LOL. So, I took a Q-Tip with some alcohol on it and cleaned the whole outside of the earbuds. When i got to the thin mesh part it literally just popped right off because....THE GLUE WAS MELTED. So, I cleaned off the clue and put the mesh back on (after cleaning it)....and left it on without glue.....earbuds back to working BEAUTIFULLY.

    so my buds dont show any light at all when out of the case. And when I put them in the case and shut it, the orange light flashes a few times before turning off. When I open the case the orange light begins to flash again. When I plug into my computer the orange light also flashes and never ends no matter how long I keep it plugged in. What's going on? I cleaned the metal receiving ends on the buds and case with 91% alcohol to clean any bad connection, still same problem. Take them out the case, no light at all on buds, cant pair, case never stops flashing orange when plugged in. HELP! These are only 2 months old, never dropped or got wet. Pretty disappointing for a "premium" expensive product!

      @@ludoviko123 same for mine except both...so frustrating. Customer service said I might have to just return it for a replacement.

      Same issue here. Right bud has stopped responding and behaves as if it is constantly discharged. I started thinking about replacing one bud but i guess the originals cannot be paired/synced with other copies.

      @@braluelo128 after contacting customer service they basically told me i’d have to send it in for a replacement after they take a look. Just need to send them proof of purchase since i ordered it from a 3rd party supplier

    Wow - wish I had watched this before investing a ton on the momentum 3s. Have had nothing but connection probs with these when switching devices (they are portable right? - so switching should be supported?). As a last resort I thought the reset might be required (these days resets are a last resort with products). However even after 6 mins into the video he still has not reset it - seriously? No more Sennheiser products for me.

    After doing a factory reset by holding the right earbud for 30 seconds as you showed in the video, the lights started blinking RED and GREEN and the left earbud is totally off. I tried to solve the problem in many ways but failed. The RED and GREEN lights are not going. Please advise me on what I should do to solve the problem. I will remain grateful. Warm regards.

    Thanks. It worked immediately after I choose forget the device and made a new pairing. So I don’t have to buy new earphones which I was on my way to do. Thanks for saving my a couple of hundred euros.

    Great video. With easy to follow guides, unfortunately it did not solve my issue.
    My right earbud is still not worrking, the LEDs are woorking but it is no sound coming out

    What do you do if one earbud will pair while the other won’t. I have tried pairing this spare earbud about 50 times with no luck

    Hi! My MTW3 earbuds are not charging. The left earbud is dead, the right earbud stays at 10% battery forever. What should I do to wake the left earbud up?

    Hey mate remember your a6s earbuds video mines is a total wireless Bluetooth 5.2 and it doesnt work at all i cant hear anything it still charges and connects to my other earbud for example can boot up google assistance and turn the volume up and down but the audio is not audioing

    I think I have bad luck. I've gone thru 2 different pairs, both have issues with left or right earbud being quieter than the other. I've repaired, updated firmware, etc & no changes. I've also submitted issue tickets via sennheiser web page & no response. Does anybody know how to get a support person to resolve this problem?

      i have gone through 3 pairs now ,they broke after 2 months,then 3 months and the last after a week , same issues as yours , also did al the works,factorey reset/update firmware,resinstall app etc ,nothing works. I wonder if it is some conflict with my hardware that triggers a bug or something,because they definitely can't sell these if it happens to everyone , i used them on PC and android. (NOKIA 6.1)

      Google momentum tw3 issues and you will find loads. They need to be returned. I'm on my second pair.

      I bought 2 pairs, 3 years ago, or 2 years ago, but no sound comes out at all now from left or right, on both pairs I have, i'll never buy this brand again, I have a Samsung Galaxy Buds, and they're older, and have never given me any problems, unlike this brand.

      Did you tryed with another mobile?
      Make sure to forget earbuds from bluetoth list
      Also make sure to firmware upgrade earbuds
      What model do you have , did you factory reseted? Se my other video how to factory reset earbuds

    Mtw 3 out of the box didn't want to disconnect when put in the charging case aka didn't charge so had to do a factory reset, now it charges but I can't connect to the app, only to the phone , this is so disappointing

    I have the MTW2 and they wont even connect to the app , they connect to phone but not the application tried multiple devices with same.result. anyone have a fix that works on mtw2

    My right earbud is constantly beeping when ANC is turned on. I did a restart, factory reset, no avail.

    When upgrading the firmware it counts down from 21 minutes then errors out saying I should try again. When I try again it sticks at 21 minutes and for an hour does nothing.

    Nothing seems to work mines are fairly new I never really got to use them but the problem I seem to have are
    They don’t charge
    They can’t connect to Bluetooth
    They can’t reset
    Not sure what the problem is

    My red earbud is blinking red and blue, the left is not blinking at all. What do i need to do? The charging case is also blinking yellow when i charged it, it blinks 24 hours

      What model do you have? The same like mine?
      I sugest live it out of the box both get empty dry battery without any power , than put it back to the charger box than see , also please try to clean connectors

      J’ai exactement le même problème. J’ai nettoyer les connecteur à l’alcool isopropylique comme conseillé mais toujours rien… le droit clignote rouge et vert et le gauche ne s’allume jamais. Je les ai acheté hier…

    How am I supposed to fix a pairing issue by using the app? I can't pair it to to anything to begin with. Not helpful at all.

      make sure to unpair the headphones if you already did once , will be on the Bluetooth list bro, even when you try will endup on Bluetooth list , go find it and click forget it to make pair from begining

      Try to repit the proces again , forget the device in bluetooth list and pair it again , this happend to me and thats what i did to times and it works
