it's been 11 months but nvm. i was suffering from the same error then i tried to download the app named smart control which is the app of the sennheiser. after that try to connect ur headphones with the app. that worked for me. it might be usefull for u too
If you have a high pitch sound on the ANC or in calls. Apparently is because we have to clean the inner thin mesh, because the glue melted, so it affects the earbud. Once you clean it, it should work normal again

So, I took a Q-Tip with some alcohol on it and cleaned the whole outside of the earbuds. When i got to the thin mesh part it literally just popped right off because....THE GLUE WAS MELTED. So, I cleaned off the clue and put the mesh back on (after cleaning it)....and left it on without glue.....earbuds back to working BEAUTIFULLY.

Same issue here. Right bud has stopped responding and behaves as if it is constantly discharged. I started thinking about replacing one bud but i guess the originals cannot be paired/synced with other copies.
@@braluelo128 after contacting customer service they basically told me i’d have to send it in for a replacement after they take a look. Just need to send them proof of purchase since i ordered it from a 3rd party supplier
Wow - wish I had watched this before investing a ton on the momentum 3s. Have had nothing but connection probs with these when switching devices (they are portable right? - so switching should be supported?). As a last resort I thought the reset might be required (these days resets are a last resort with products). However even after 6 mins into the video he still has not reset it - seriously? No more Sennheiser products for me.
After doing a factory reset by holding the right earbud for 30 seconds as you showed in the video, the lights started blinking RED and GREEN and the left earbud is totally off. I tried to solve the problem in many ways but failed. The RED and GREEN lights are not going. Please advise me on what I should do to solve the problem. I will remain grateful. Warm regards.

Mtw 3 out of the box didn't want to disconnect when put in the charging case aka didn't charge so had to do a factory reset, now it charges but I can't connect to the app, only to the phone , this is so disappointing

When upgrading the firmware it counts down from 21 minutes then errors out saying I should try again. When I try again it sticks at 21 minutes and for an hour does nothing.

make sure to unpair the headphones if you already did once , will be on the Bluetooth list bro, even when you try will endup on Bluetooth list , go find it and click forget it to make pair from begining

Google momentum tw3 issues and you will find loads. They need to be returned. I'm on my second pair.

My left bud has no sound. I've full charged them, unpaired them and paired again and still nothing.

Hmm maybe you need to set , chose the audio device on adio hardware settings

How to fix the air pod it only work for one way
My right earbud is constantly beeping when ANC is turned on. I did a restart, factory reset, no avail.
Common issue, mine did this, just have to return them.
Only the left earphone is blinking. And it’s only green and red not blue and red.

Hi, if you install a windows on a flash drive as a bootable device, does it erases the file inside the flash drive?
How am I supposed to fix a pairing issue by using the app? I can't pair it to to anything to begin with. Not helpful at all.

i cant upgrade the firmware with mine, says 21mins remaining but nothing happens.
Try to repit the proces again , forget the device in bluetooth list and pair it again , this happend to me and thats what i did to times and it works
