This is way out of date and misrepresents the current market. It suggests the Kindle [2022] and Paperwhite can be used for note-taking, which is not true. The Remarkable 2 is about 3 years old at this point. You don't even mention the Boox Note Air 3, the Boox Note Air 3C or the SuperNote A6X2 which all offer Android note-taking, e-reading goodness. Other views place them above the Kindle Scribe in writing capability. There are also newcomers like the Bigme devices, Lenovo Paper-something and more recent Boox devices, etc
You need to edit the video a bit. The video shows the Kindle Scribe for part of the time you're talking about the Paperwhite and the regular Kindle. The Scribe is the only Kindle e-reader that can take handwritten notes.
The video is totally misleading. A Kindle Paperwhite is NOT a tablet, it is an e-reader. Also where are all the colour Kaleido 3 models such as the Kobo Libra Colour?

this is way out of date though

everything in the video is good, but not for the money
I would place a Bigme device on the list because they are more or less on par with Boox.
