Greetings from a Dutch Panda fan! Love these vids! Wish we had trails like that around here...
Many thanks for your support!
Great video Ben!
Well done, compliments!
Many thanks.
Hi. Just showing my 13 yo on what car I used to drive over 30+ years ago and my lovely panda 4x4 omg it brings back memories.
Anyways I’m off to nym this weekend and was wondering if you have the route you used. I see Rudland rig but didn’t recognise the others.
I would like to take the disco up those but really wanting a panda old school 4x4
Thanks for your support, have a great time.
Ciao fai qualche video in più sono molto divertenti
Interesting to hear about the petrol being more capable off-roaders. What about ELD? If you had to choose a Mk 3 1,2 without ELD or a Mk 4 1,3 MTJ with ELD? Doesn't it make any difference (sorry if you've explained it already somewhere else!). Thanks 😊
Personally I'd take the petrol Mk3. I've not spent any time in the drivers seat of an ELD car but I have seen the MJ cars consistently struggle when we tackle steep, loose, rocky sections. A guy in our group has fitted a Cross rear diff to his Mk3 4x4 which, through some DIY wiring, has given him switchable/lockable 4wd which seems to be a great option and is something I am looking at doing on my car.
@@UKPanda4x4 Thanks for that. It is truly enlightening.
@@UKPanda4x4 By the way, just realised that Mk4 is nearly 200 kg heavier than a 1,2 petrol Mk3. Could this also be a reason for it not performing as well under certain off-road circumstances. At the end of the day, a 200 kg difference is like carrying 2 adults and a small child on the back seat all the time, isn't it?
I know you’ve said this before BUT what about those of us not on Facebook, and now not on twitter either?!?
What about them?
@@UKPanda4x4 for meet ups/treks/outings etc
Yes, as I explained in the video, we post public meets on Facebook. It is by far the easiest way to do it.
@@UKPanda4x4 sorry, yes I understand, I meant for those of us not on Facebook…
Yeah I understood you. Meets are organised on Facebook, if you dont want to use Facebook I guess you miss out unfortunately.
