Bangalore me sabse jyda bihari engineers hai. Bengalis to 20 years me jyada aaye lekin biharis 1950s se migrate kar rahe . My father did his engineering in bit mesra and he told me all hi batchmates were biharis and they all settled in bangalore or delhi or mumbai and abroad . They were the ones who only knew about IITs ,bits pilani and other good engineering colleges compared to other states. They were so hard working in engineering .they hardly pursued any other courses rather than engineering . Most of his friends are outside bihar .
Still today i see Biharis everwhere in delhi and bangalore specially . From low paying jobs to high paying IT jobs. It looks like Bangalore is not in Karnataka but in north india .
Culture of Karnataka is dying due to over migration of northern people . Companies should focus shifting to north indian cities like kolkata ,surat , ahmedabad ,chandigarh , lucknow ,jaipur, bhubaneswar indore ,kanpur rather than overcrowding the bangalore city .
One day otherwise city will explode and water scarcity will grow

Bangalore is not a good city to live in, except people are in compulsion for tech jobs , worst traffic , electricity issue , water supply issue, Roads are in worst situation...was in mumbai before this roads are far better than this....specially Navi mumbai was very nice and clean ..

It's high time to ask why people are flocking from West Bengal to Bengaluru? Is something missing in WB? Why cant people from other parts dream to settle in Kolkata or any other part of WB? If we don't ask these questions now it will be too late. Dont take these questions as offense, it's just my thought.
Let me try to answer your questions: your government and chief minister keep calling everyone from West Benga "Bohiragata - bohiragata".. some poor bihari labors go to work in Kolkata and they are referred to as Bohirahata gunda.. Some were trying to bring a mandate that people in WB will have to know Bengali.. There is constant abuse of Bhagwan Ram who non-Bengali Hindus worship with full devotion.. In Bangalore, Bengalis get full liberty to worship Durga Maa.. Karnataka doesn't do this kind of insult to non-Kannadigas.. they are welcoming .. heard any Karnataka CM calling the 10 lakh Bengalis working in Bangalore "Bahiragata"? As it is there is an employment crunch in the state and even the people in WB are going to other states for a living.. and then there is this insulting and condescending attitude of politicians and some superiority complex infested liberals in South KOlkata.. With such hostile condition, why will pple from other parts of India come to WB unless they have a major MAJBOORI?

An engineer working in salesforce or paypal in banaglore enjoys much better life than in london or San Francisco because in india you can get cheap maid or help compared to high rates of usa or uk .
In india you will cheap raodside food or restaurants compared to american restaurants where every resturants have to maintain standards in cleanliness .
In india you can cheap rooms at 25k per month earning 2 lakhs per month whereas you have to pay 2000 dollars or euros in london or newyork getting 8000 dollars per month as salary . I stated the figures for a person wotking in big company like salesforce or twitter or adobe .
If you want to save high portion of your salary then goung to usa or uk is better . If per month you ar saving 1000-1500 dollars and sending back to parents to buy assets then obviously you are making yorself rich . But saving every month 1000 euros or dollars in usa or uk is very hard for the first ten years . San francisco ,new york and london are more expensive .
But if your living in atlanta ,dallas ,boston , Philadelphia ,portland then obviously usa is better than bangalore .

Mangalore-Udupi country sides(clean green villages )are very much like the countryside in the UK.. You don't get clean green villages in many places in India like they are in Dakshina Kannada..Btw i am basically mangalorean raised in Bengaluru now working in London.. I know clear unbiased differences between London and Bengaluru😂.. It's funny to compare because London takes a back seat.. Bengaluru is much better but more exploited..

Kannada is hard language and completely new ...to new comers .. because you learnt kannada in schools while other people learnt their mother tongue in schools ..and almost they use hindi or english for conversion ....we respect all languages but if someone can't speak the specific language doesn't mean he is bad or disrespecting you ...if bengali speak bangla you can't understand and if you speak kannada they can't understand ..so they either tell hindi or english ..that's the diverse beauty of cities ..cities are rich only because of different diverse people from india living together like a family 🙏🙏

I am from Kolkata and stayed in Bengalore for 3 years and stayed in Mumbai for 3 years. I like Mumbai very much whether it is street food or spending time on weekend near Marine drive or Bhindi Bazaar as there are many places whereas in Bengalore we have only malls to visit

Pollution level - Lesser than Delhi-NCR Almost same as other Indian cities.
Traffic- I hv spoken about this in other videos so you may watch them and give me some Traffic. (You see what I did there 😏)
Housing market - plenty of new apartments and villa societies coming up.
Can you afford to buy a house? - Not good manners to ask questions about anyone's financial conditions. Also, it seems you have already assumed that I cannot. Irrespective of whether I can or cannot it's not good manners to make condescending statements assuming financial conditions of someone is unstable when you dnt know the first thing about them. Let this be your learning from this video, because you can use some training in good manners.
Now coming back to your question, as I said enough and more real estate projects are coming up on and around the city. Neither are they being distributed for free nor are they being sold to aliens. Pretty sure people are buying them.
