Pace of development in infrastructure is much less in Chennai when compared with other 5 cities. First visit other cities then only you come to know how much lag in development Chennai is. This is due to bad governance and improper planning in Chennai like example of improper sewage disposal, lack of potable water, recent transportation problem, etc
