THE BEST CURRY CHICKPEAS RECIPE!

Here are the ingredients you’ll need:
- 4 cups of cooked chickpeas (or 2 cans)
- 1 tablespoon of curry
- 1 tablespoon of all-purpose seasoning
- A pinch of salt and pepper to taste
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon of grated ginger
- 2 stalks of chopped scallion
- 1 small diced onion
- 1/4 tri-color sweet bell peppers (red, green, yellow), julienned
- 1 diced tomato
- 3 sprigs of thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon@crushed allspice berries
- 1 tablespoon of green seasoning
- 1/2 scotch bonnet pepper
- 1/2 cup of cubed pumpkin
- 1/2 cup of cubed white sweet potato
- 2 cups of coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
