It's weird how to competitive scene is kinda replicating the anime with demons being dominant for the longest time and now slayers are making a comeback
Yeah, it’s also like how typically the slayers have to try and work a lot harder to compete with the higher level demons due to the power gap.

Especially with Daki being another zoner xd. Gyutaro will most likely have projectile/s as well even if he’s more up-close and personal akin to Akaza.

He definitely will. I’m honestly hoping his poison works differently than the others. If not, it should do more. They would have to balance with the dmg tuning tho unless they just plan to make him an absolute menace. With his dual weapons, scaling should impact him however.

Demon Slayer The Hinokami Chornicals is one of the best anime games I’ve seen I love the story and how in the “Fin. Mugen Train Chapter” It cracks and shows it’s not really the end, that caught me off guard, the multiplayer is great not only that but I got the Tengen DLC as well as the character pack but now Tengen is one of my mains, along with Zenitsu and Hinokami Tanjiro I don’t really care for the other modes but the ones I care for are the ones that excel.

I play him as well. Extremely fun(although op, needs some small nerfs/tuning)character, however I mainly play slayers.
I don’t like maining the best characters in games. But i do agree he is so much fun!

Demons were OP and IMO that's fine, because they don't have access to the most godlike tech that you pull off with a Slayer partner. They're essentially effective at lower level but they have a lower skill ceiling (and effectiveness ceiling) than slayers do.
Yeah. They should still be tuned tho, they def still are op. (The top 3 at least). Just perhaps not as big of nerfs as we initially thought. Unless slayers have just gotten that good with the higher tech opportunities that they have.
Slayers still do need to try significantly harder to compete than the vice versa, less mistake opportunities are available to them. This is a good sign tho that the gap in power when honed to the max isn’t as wide as we initially presumed as I said before.

I can see that, I’m just saying some small nerfs that tune down the borderline dumb things like Enmu’s grab which u mentioned. As it stands, it’s still extremely hard to not just lose when the demon has 2 rounds and 3 bars of meter. Certain demons can just be even harder. None of Susa’s options are truly that easy of a punish if whiffed or blocked. For example with Rui, you can punish some of his attacks if they do not land. He’s a well-balanced demon. None of Susa’s options really provide that window of opportunity, Enmu either. Akaza’s disorder doesn’t need to have as much peripheral range, it should be slightly smaller. Forgot to mention, but Susa can charge her tilt skill like a heavy, cancel it, and if it’s not parried then it is pretty much safe. Does decent block dmg too. It’s like a heavy that can confirm into a yellow combo without as much of a punish window(Unless whiffed). I can maybe ignore that, but why does her parry have almost no recovery(She is the only character with this). What also kinda bothers me is that (which isn’t only exclusive to demons) some characters have grabs that are incredibly fast and have like zero recovery on whiff and yet we have characters like Giyu, Rengoku, and kinda Tengen who stand there for years if you miss it. Now I get that Rengoku’s does the most dmg, but HK has like the same dmg but faster and probably the second farthest range after Enmu.
Same thing for heavies. Enmu and Susa should imo take as much dmg as Shinobu if nothing else gets changed at the very least. They’re the most passive characters in the game, can heal, and are just overall strong with very little punish opportunities. Why do they not have the same health pool as Shinobu? Maybe speed is why (for Enmu)but still. That tracking on that Enmu projectile is also extremely annoying. Since they’re projectiles don’t take meter, they can keep it up for a while. If 1 of them lands for Enmu, you’re getting combo’d from across the map. Or he’ll just do some crazy reset due to his grab, heavy, and normal range. He can usually hit you before you can properly punish. I can rant for a while, but yeah. Slayers have a lot higher skill ceilings, so as we learn more, it should get a lot easier. I would just like at least a few things to get changed here or there. As we get better at the game, it also gets a lot easier to punish these characters tho. Some things can simply be attributed to not having as much needed experience against the matchup, but at least some small things should be changed. (Pls delete Enmu grab lol)

3:23 VERY true. Lost to some characters because I thought some moves go through guard or some moves had good recovery. Used them in training and never made the same mistakes
That’s why I’m a Makomo and Rui main. People think they suck so they don’t see alot coming especially the resets

A lot of players say that susamaru is the best zoner but lets be honest enmu is the best zoner because the shock waves that she throws have good tracing and that grab has more rage then tanjiro

Enmu is a dude, my boy
I agree tbh, Susamaru plays a lot more aggressive tho. Depends on play-style tbh. They play similarly, but they have slight variations. Enmu is a lot more reserved and patient. Susa’s tilt-skill allows her to get in and out and overall is faster.

I never saw what is so special about turnaments besides money. 2 or more sweaty guys play against a other 2 or more sweaty guys and who fill the jar with his sweat first, wins. Sometimes you found a troll or casual players but it's very rare. I never liked games becoming or being comepetive orientated and putting fun away
Why are you watching Globku if you don't find the fun in competitive play?
Genuinely curious. I know that sounds kinda sassy, but I don't know a better way to word it.
Some people derive fun from the competition itself. Simply being apart of it provides adrenaline as you win and get closer to the top. Especially fun when you’re competing and the person you’re fighting against is around your skill level. It’s not one-sided and you’re both trying your best to win. Wins are a lot more satisfying. I haven’t really delve into it, but I personally think it would be fun. That’s the why I see it at least. Some people are fine playing casually without the stress which is also fine. Sometimes tho, the competition can become a lot more stressful to the point where it’s no longer fun and then u just need a break from it.
