Thank you very much!
If you watched the movie, you should make a video about Whiplash, would be nice
Can you make a video about aviator please I would love it❤
Fantastic work! The Beauty of Better Call Saul would be great
The Beauty Of True Detective
@@lilvinnychan8463 he already did that
“You never got me down Ray”
“You never got me down”
I loved how Scorsese made this movie look like something from the 40s
I thought the cinematography in this movie was amazing
Yes but the directing isn't "old style", except for som scenes
@@davidelago3391 it's a masterpiece
Noir style.🥃🚬
lmao i thought this movie was like 1960s at first, then i searched it up it was 2 years before Blade Runner 💀💀
"No matter how hard you try, no matter how good you are, there will always be Martin Scorsese." - Brian De Palma
@Model Chick Why are you telling me to hush? Are you a librarian?
@MickeyMantle7 No, De Palma did.
Martin Scorsese is a Great Director and He knew what He was doing when making this Movie!!😀👏👏👏👍
@SheepOfChrist818 Tarantino said something like that about James Cameron, it's worth looking up.
Scorsese's movies aren't really that impressive
They're good movies, but it's not something untoppable
Thank you for using the opening music. It conveys the journey LaMotta has faced. His ups and downs. It's a shame that Michael Chapman, the cinematographer of this film and Taxi Driver didn't win an Oscar is what still baffles me.
The Oscars are full of shit.
@@layicorn Sort of.
Forget the Oscars
Jake LaMotta must be one of the most tragic figures in movie history. What a sad existence.
It’s genuinely quite hard to believe that his story is completely true. His life was truly a tragic one. He was a pretty tortured soul and made a lot of horrible mistakes in his life but he still remains one of the greatest boxers in history.
What I respect him for though, is the fact that he was so honest about his life and that he had the bravery to write his book exposing himself to the whole world, not many people would do that, especially if they behaved the way he did.
He was basically a psycho
Not just a movie character.
@@positional_play got a friend years ago who kept insisting that this movie was trash and that Rocky was way better.
I'm not friend with that guy anymore
One of Scorsese‘s top five best movies.
It's his best, only challenged by Taxi Driver.
@@positional_play What about Goodfellas, Casino, or the Irishman???
@@brucepayne3919 They are all great, but in terms of legacy and importance, Taxi Driver and Raging Bull stand out. I hate to say this since GoodFellas is my favorite film of all time and The Irishman is in my Top 10, but it's what it is.
@@positional_play I personally would say that it's challenged by Taxi Driver AND Silence
My top 5 Scorsese films:
Taxi Driver
Raging Bull
After Hours
Good Fellas
Bringing Out the Dead
1980 was amazing year for cinema, so many masterpieces, but above them all is Raging Bull. Perhaps Scorsese' best and very likely best leading performance of all time.
Amazing video
I agree! 1980 was a phenomenal year for cinema. Raging Bull, The Shining, The Elephant Man, The Blues Brothers, Airplane!, Stir Crazy, The Long Good Friday, I could go on and on and on.
@@BCS1105 i would recommend you watch serbian classic film from 1980 - Who's singin' over there.
I know its kinda random but i like to spread lesser known films to film lovers 😁
LeBron Savic I saw that film last year! I remember quite enjoying it. I think it deserves a rewatch, thanks for reminding me of that film!
And Ordinary People won the best picture Oscar, I find that funny.
B C S Empire Strikes Back!
Can we agree that B&W cinematography should never die?
He can try to live with himself by taking the same amount of punishment he gave to those close to him, but he can never fix the damage he has done to them.
It really is such a beautiful film, even in all of its violence. There's something in the visual pattern of the film that makes me think of dreams, lost by the destructive nature of Jake's life. Truly magnificent.
Casino, Taxi Driver and Raging Bull
The holy trio
Great video. 👍
Good afternoon. And maybe "The Age of Innocence". Best regards and good luck.
For me its : GoodFellas, Taxi Driver, and Raging Bull.
The Wolf of Wall Street
Mean streets
Please stop mentioning just all of his films. Scorsese's three best films are Raging Bull, Taxi Driver and GoodFellas, simple as that.
"I'm the best"
"I can take more than anybody"
That dolly zoom of Ray Robinson qualifies as one of the best shots in any film. Truly mesmerizing stuff.
same words
"No soy tan malo"
Lol, it's almost 3 a.m here in Mexico. I love so much your work my buddy, I really admire what you do for all of us that share this passion for cinematography.
Best wishes for you and this great channel.
I'd like to see someday The Beauty of Pulp Fiction :)
Ey, de México también :v

Viva Scorsese
scorsese = living legend 😍
There are no words that can describe how much I love this movie (and this video, for that matter) 🙌🏼❤️
I did not know that Francis Ford Coppola used the same song of Raging Bull on The Godfather III. 😂
One of the all time great leading performances not just by De Niro but by anyone ever in the history of film
Masterpiece film with masterful cinematography
A true Scorsese classic
Thank you I've been waiting for a long time I am finally complete.
Not a movie, but a work of fine art.
Let's go to The Beauty of "Scarface" 1983
Yes! I just commented that
Yeah seriously
This is my grandma's favorite movie
Fantastic movie! The fight scenes in this movie are more dynamic and immersive than most action scenes in today's films. The way it's shot is just outstanding
Though my favorite scenes are the 1 vs 1 conversations between De Niro and Pesci, they are so dynamic and the two have such great chemistry, it's just terrific. I have never seen a better duo.
there is something almost divine on the sugar ray scene.. its such a strong scene..
Easily one of the best Scorsese movies of all time! The Cinematography is insane (in a good way)!
Such a brutal yet beautifully tragic film. Lovely shots, but I do think the colour montage scenes, rooftop wedding etc merit an inclusion, they were charming and well crafted.
Beautiful movie. The cinematography, editing, acting and directing are top notch.
one of the greatest
Hands down my favorite Martin Scorsese movie really because of the dialogue hearing them speak it sounded more like a documentary like they weren't even acting
this is my 4th favorite scorsese movie but is still a masterpiece
The best Martin Scorsese film with Taxi Driver 🔝🔥
Great video 🙌🏼
A great movie and a great video, congratulations.
One day I would like to see "The Beauty of The Deer Hunter".
Boby touched in this movie .
The best performance in the history of films
This film is shot beautifully
Flawless
the fact that the pacing was matching with the music, really well.It is quite great.
Beautiful, one Scorsese's best.
The best film of Scorsese ❤
"I got no choice ! I got no choooice !"
These are the bests sundays!
Probably the best one ever made
One of the greatest films of all time. I love it so much. Thank you!!!!!
Martin Scorcese's brutal masterpiece...Raging Bull!!!
Wish that i could see this for the first time again.
So beautiful, so sad.
A masterpiece. Michael Chapman did a wonderful job.
The most honest potryal of human complexities and weaknesses
I just can't fathom how this movie didn't win an Oscar. Scorsese only won an Oscar for the departed, and nothing else. That's ridiculous, and the academy is messed up
Also 1:31 almost got me
De Niro acting and Scorsese's directing😍
Thank you so much for making this
Please do the Beauty of Legion (2017) sometime soon. The cinematography of the first season is absolutely mesmerizing!
you never got me down Ray
Awesome video for one of my favourite movies ever made. Wish the shot where Jake was pouring the champagne tower was here but nevertheless great stuff!
A masterpiece
Powerful De Niro
One of the most important boxing-movie of all times
This deserves more views. Wayyyy more views.
Thank you just Thank you... This movie means a lot to me it has been my favorite for all these years! 🥊🐃🇮🇹🇺🇸🍸
One of the Greatest Movies ever Made with a Great Soundtrack!! Thank you Director Martin Scorsese for doing this Film and for The Great Robert DeNiro for playing Jake LaMotta!! 😊😊👏👏👏👏👍👍
One of the best movie of Martin Scorsese
Possibly my favorite film of all time
This was a good one bro.
The beauty of Scent of a woman
Ohhh tank u i really wanted to see the beauty of Raging bull! Now i ask u for The deer hunter (1978) ‘! Thank u for you content !

“I’m the best, I can take more than anybody!”
Penny dreadful (2014) please, this show is a masterpiece
Another great job!!! I think you could make Beavis and Butthead look like cinematic masterpieces.
INCREDIBLE
Beauty Of The Departed ?
Stunning
My favourite boxing movie
I need the Beauty of Jacobs Ladders/réquiem for a dream/the machinist/the pianist/Donnie Darko. :(
JACOBS LADDER PLEASEEEE
Oh my god what a movie
Now this is hype!!!!!!!!!
Not sure if you’ve done or heard of Tokyo Drifter, but it’s a visual treat.
Straight chills
Bob 💓
👌👌👌
Fantastic
My favorite movi of 80s
All in this movi is art
your doing gods work
thank you
Le plus beau film des années 1980 ! Et dire que Scorsese n'avait pas reçu l'oscar du meilleur réalisateur à l'époque, ni celui du meilleur film, c'est un crime impardonnable !!
¡OH GOD!
The beauty of "the others"??
Outstanding performance by Nicole Kidman
Scorcese/De Niro/Mascagni/LaMotta. Each an artist in his respective discipline.
Good one
This movie was just so sad
excellent
*" it was you charlie "*
wrong movie lol
Could have been better with Deniro at the end spreading his hands and saying: "That's entertainment!"
Ce film est une telle merveille mon dieu
Scorsese is a God
This here raging bull is tearin' up abit watching this 😉
There was one shot I wish was in the video. It’s the one where Jake is talking in the phone booth (I don’t remember the exact details) but besides that I think the vid is great
Thank you!!
