    this explains why at 180lbs, my skin got worse and worse as i gain weight uncontrollably. thankfully, i have been called to act now so my quality of life can then improve, thanks doc and i also thank myself for braving what seemed like an impossible task!!!

    I stopped eating sugar. OmG 😮
    No more skin rashes, dandruff, itchy scalp, no white tongue. I feel great and dropped 30 lbs

    I can relate to all but 2. So this means to stop eating sugar even though I am addicted to sweets,etc plus type 2 diabetic.

    I stopped adding sugar to coffee, etc. about a year ago, and gave up soda about two years ago. Am also staying away from bad carbs, etc. I never felt better!

      Cutting all sugars & carbohydrates from your diet.
      Keto Diet (search it & read & talk to your dr. about it.
      You can jump start with Carnivore, or just do it, research both & best wishes 💙🦋

      @eagleinflight777 Discipline and willingness. Focus n stay on course. Drink water wen u feel your weakness. It staves off hunger for 2-3 hours

      @@carmenfarrell4514 water is all I drink. I drink about 150 ozs a day, and I continuously crave sugar. Water doesn't help for me.

    This is the one area where I do well. I was a type 1 diabetic for 43 years. Then my kidneys failed and I got a transplant. But I got a double transplant. A kidney and a pancreas. Now I am no longer diabetic. I really don't like much sugar, because I went so long avoiding it. Now most desserts are too sweet, and candy is right out.

    I don't like the way I feel when I eat a bunch of sugar. Once you cut out pop you stop craving it after a few days.

      It's okay if u eat it sometimes but eating too much where it's bad for you or you're diabetic then it's not good

      It's probably the hidden sugar. Refined/ultraprocessed foods are all filled with sugar. Look into keto/carnivore

    I can definitely stop eating sugar. But then I would loose all my weight and I am already underweight. I am consuming protein and Fibre but nothing works

    I am trying to find a natural, palatable sugar substitute for my coffee. I don't like stevia, and I haven't tried monk fruit. Although, the maple syrup wasn't bad. I welcome any other suggestions.

      You can get used to coffee without sugar. Try just milk. It wont take long to get used to. 😊

      @bloodorange4474 not true. Dandruff is brought on by the foods you eat. I am a testimony to that. Look up Dr Berg and Dandruff
