    I'm speaking as a 20-something so perhaps I have a different perspective on this issue than most, but I would have to say I disagree with these neighbourhoods being affordable if a requirement of living there is owning multiple vehicles. I think that families truly on a budget would be better spending more on living somewhere transit/walking friendly in order to save over $10k/year+ on each vehicle they can live without in exchange for the higher housing costs. I would love to see a video from you highlighting the easiest areas to live car-free or car-light in Ottawa outside of the downtown core if this isn't something you have explored already :)

      Hi @Flamingo4280, thanks for sharing your perspective! You raise a good point about the cost of vehicle ownership and the benefits of living in transit/walking-friendly areas. In Ottawa, properties closer to shopping, amenities, and conveniences do tend to be more expensive. I'll definitely consider your suggestion about highlighting the easiest areas to live car-free or car-light outside the downtown core in a future video. Thanks again for the great suggestion!
