As a newbie bomber i can't wait to see this and learn from it!
I Warden bomb on occasion and while the lack of invisibility really just hurt the effectiveness it still is really fun. What's really neat about it though is if you cast proxy det immediately after deep fissure they line up perfectly with eachother. Then I run in and Stampede with rush of agony + DBS for the CC into carve spam
That's a pretty good idea yeah, I didn't realise that proxy and deep fissure lined up like that!

I love bombing and have bounced around between standard bombing and carve bombing for a year or so, but still learned a lot of useful tips from this video. Thank you for taking the time and sharing :D

You can also use a self poison to proc mechanical acuity instantly without doing damage to anyone. The poison doesn't even do much damage to yourself
NA imperial city is just a yellow 20 zerg of Bombers with a bash build in the lowest pop campaign camping the base of towers in stealth.
It is literally the most pathetic thing I have ever seen
If a night blade isn’t bombing Zergs you’re doing it wrong. Single target gank is such a waste of the class

Hey so I’m a returning player. Been messing around with new bombing sets. Was thinking about trying out a 2h Ult bomb setup. Maybe try to go a little non meta if that’s a thing. Was thinking about trying a medium armor perma black setup with all sturdy on probly an orc. Thinking about going Sword Singer, Balorgs, and maybe another set. Conflicted on the other set. I guess plaguebreak. I want to try using the Vateshran s/b. Is that decent for bombing? Not sure what class I wanna use it on. Maybe dk, maybe necro. But yea just permablock to ult. Then power slam followed by 2h ult. Might just go with a second damage set and not us PB or VD. But that might not be a good idea. If so thinking seventh legion or Alchemist. Thoughts/ideas?
Does a light staf front bar 2hand back barr would do for your first build? i'm tempted by the plis 12% direct damages gro the light staff^^
@Malcolm quick question, in the written build on your website it saws all well fitted for the build but in the video you have a mix of divine, impen, and invigorating. what are the traits i should have on this dk bomber for armor?
why not dual wield skill whirling blades and lotus fan +5%dmg ?
rush of agony and dark convergence bombing is dead next dlc with the new pvp monster set Nibenay bay battlereeves that gives a 15k shield when pulled.not everyone will be running it but you can bet some will be just for anti bombing
mite have to go back to an old school set up like war maidens/vicious death/balorgs for bombing but bombing is pretty dead now zos likes cyrodill zergs.
Thought I would comment and ask if you regret what you said because you are so wrong lol. Bombing is still highly alive
Note to all viewers new to stealth playstyles: there is no harder time to start learning than right now, as the majority of prepared groups have easy access to detect pots that will reveal you up to 43m away! The difficulty has increased exponentially, and cloak, invis pots and vamp stage 4 are now significantly nerfed. As a NB main I am fuming at these changes. We were the only reliable counterplay to tank meta and ZOS has spurned us!
true it's annoying that they just did that, it was the more fun part of nb but now it's more like the other classes - brawling with a lot of healing instead of its own unique playstyle.
Literally every Corrosive DK is the counter and creator of the tank meta, as a primary NB PVPer cloak has always been busted, Going 100% invisible while fisting your opponent makes zero sense, sneaking is supposed to be the element of surprise against an unsuspecting enemy, not the same as a wicker basket is to a golden guard
@@lapinlogic6267 I'm not sure I understand your point. Maybe you want to rephrase or expand? I main NB myself and against good players there was a lot of counterplay before the pots change. It was always high risk high reward. Now the risk is much much higher cuz anyone can magically see you just by drinking a potion
@@WolfgangRP The nub of it was, If I am in touching distance of you or you are swinging a hammer down on my head, I should never have been able to not only become invisible but actually incorporeal with regards to your hammer or hands, much in the same way a DK shouldn't become immortal with 100% penetration while also receiving a heal and resources to continue to attack with
I also should never have been able to burn your mats and 45 second cooldown of a potion by dodge rolling away once before then becoming incorporeal to your ground AOE while I charge my ultimate.
At least now Potions are a deterrent that buy the victim a window away from me for a moment, unless I go all in anyway, and nobody is chain spamming them either solo or coordinated in a group, at least I have not encountered anyone that sad yet.
@@lapinlogic6267 Going invisible does not result in a disappearing hitbox. If the Reverse Slash was put on the stack with your hit box targeted, it's the dodge that causes it to miss, not the invisibility, right?
But AOE spammables pull us out of stealth, flare, magelight, etc.
If the victim is in a group, one person using their pot cooldown to find you is a small price to pay.
Anyway, strange to see such disagreement among NB mains, but I respect your opinion even if I don't share it :)
what addon did you used for the proxy cast bar?
Hey Man, awesome builds as always, thank you very much for your content! I have a question about the DK Carve build though before I start reconstructing gear... I see on the video you are running a combination of divine + impen but on the website it says all well-fitted. Which is the best option for this patch? Thanks again!
I've tried a bunch of combos here, basically it depends on whether you want more survivability or just max damage. If you stay in the back lines all the time and only come in to do 1 bomb and then retreat again to get ult up (like I do) it's best to max damage with divines. If you like to not get killed as soon as someone looks at you it's best to go with a mix of well fitted and impen. Since with the latter you still have enough damage for most bombs I'd say it's the better option, hence why I put just well fitted on the website so I can roll more for survivability.
