Congratulations on progress with lifestyle changes you are making! Changing habits as an adult is harder since we often tend to be set in our ways. Overcoming slower metabolism is also difficult. Go you!

35 lbs?! wow, great job. I was wondering if Russ was losing weight. I should probably put down this package of cookies :) My pain from the rides is usually in my back from the jarring motions. I wish there is something I could do about that. Maybe exercises to strengthen my back muscles. Another great video.
Thanks! Yes, he's down over 20 lbs as well. I definitely hear that! Some of the rides, especially the older ones, can be a LOT on the back and neck. I feel like it's a combination of core strength and just familiarity with being jostled around a lot.
