- Similar to getting larger tattoos, Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) typically takes two, sometimes three sessions. Multiple sessions give us the necessary time not only to monitor healing or spacing but also to create a natural three-dimensional illusion. We treat the first session similar to how you would paint a wall; we lay down the primer and foundation before moving on to the final coat. In the first session we use a lighter ink color, space the dots out, and set the hairline slightly higher. A week later, during the second session, we look at how the SMP has healed and decide whether to stick with the same color or go darker. We can also adjust the hairline to the desired height. Finally, after a month we can schedule a third session if necessary.

He says so the dots are going to be spaced out when dotted him all out 😂 I can’t with this guy then he went over the same dots noticed it had black holes so he covers the whole head black 😂 😂.. third session additional density added 😂 I can’t wait

I don’t mean to shit on anyones work dude, I appreciate the hustle, but that’s a dermal staining red flag my friend. Out of curiosity what happened with this client? Do you have a photo of the healed result? Also what size needle did you use on this client?

Smp looks so stupid, hair is 3d even when shaved down to the grain, and smp is 2d. Plus when you shave your head down to the grain light doesn't reflect off your head the way it does with smp. like the guy in the video for example his head is shiny and the light is reflecting on it really bad.
