Hello I'm from Brazil and here this type of waterproofing by asphalt blanket can not be exposed so because it loosens, would have to have some coating on top, but it may be that there in your country is different. Congratulations.

We got our from Gartan Solutions, other places such as Tank Weld, Spectrum, Mataland, etc have them for sale also but didn’t have the sanded sheet in stock that we wanted.

Lol. No more leaks since especially today. Though it does need something to help with the heat as that part of the house is definitely hotter than the rest. Only drawback so far.
