Honestly Jotaro fells like he was underestimating Pucci the whole fight and wanted to drag it out to make sure Pucci had a slow and painful death. If Jotaro treated Pucci like a threat from the start then Jotaro would save a lot more people.
no he wasnt he js wasnt at his best his stats were down he barely had any strength and awareness and his time stop ability was shortened so really jotaro would lose that fight even without anyone in his way we have to face that jotaro was washed even tho he’s my favorite character

@@flashxml basically his durability and strength are way weaker from part 3, because part 3 star platinum had so much growth potential and it was super strong, when he became older and didnt use it so much anymore the growth potential was weak, his speed got faster, he even reached ts for 5 seconds in part 6 thats true but compared to part 3 and 4 jotaro is the weakest (in terms of durability, strength)
