  • More than 300 artifacts that belonged to Hollywood's elite will be auction off through GWS Auctions on November 28 at 10am. Elvis Presley's iconic 'TCB' ring is expected to sell from $500,000 to $1million (right inset), while a Louis Vuitton trunk beloning to Marilyn Monroe's last husband will also be auctioned (left inset). Robin Williams' rainbow-themed suspenders from 'Mork & Mindy.' Michael Jackson's Swarovski crystal glove and the lace shirt from Prince's Purple Rain tour were listed in the collection.

His 68 Comebsck guitar is up for auction. This should be at Graceland. I really believe Lisa Marie and Priscilla doesn't care what goes up for auction

They don't. They were both about the money.

I wonder why they would auction off any of this stuff. Graceland makes plenty of money I would think once these items are gone they will never be seen again. I did see where his cape from Aloha From Hawaii which he threw into the audience was returned to the estate after the owner passed now that is real class and a real fan.

no the tcb diamond ring on black onyx that you're talking about was his 3rd & final tcb ring the one he wore until he died
this was the very first tcb ring & he took it off & gifted it to jd summers on stage during one of his shows
so graceland was never in possession of this one
it probably ended up for auction after jd's passing

This ring should be at Graceland for people see it is so stupid to get rid of things that can't be replaced

Elvis gave away so many things of high price. It would be hard for Graceland to acquire 25% of the items back let alone everything...

The problem with these auctions is two fold. Authenticity and price shilling. Authenticity or provenance which lately the auction houses seem to accept any story without checking. The shilling is done by the auction house bidding against you. So when they say they have a “financial interest” you could bet your bottom dollar they will bump up the price against you. Always check or do your own research . It’s your obligation don’t assume the auction house can’t make mistakes. They can and check the small print in the conditions and terms.

Well maybe they need the money. Certain things are in multiples or owned by others.

The Presley family has NEVER sold one piece of anything that belonged to Elvis. In fact, they have purchased items that have come up for sale to return to their possession. Any Elvis item that comes up for sale is being sold by the people who own them. Not the family! The narrator even says these things come from private collectors.
