I am from Marathwada region. Basically all mighty politician come from Pune, Mumbai and Nagpur region that is reason Marathawada region had behind in development. But this region on right track upcoming days In Marathwad region Sanmbhajinagar, Jalna will be industrial hub, Parbhani, Nanded, Latur will be Agricultural hub. I think Political Instability will not affect development of state.

Education, industries & agriculture and agriculture related businesses like dairy products. The real estate the IT hub like Pune. The mega city like Mumbai and Nagpur. Good governance and right policies kept Maharashtra always ahead. There are other factors too. Every district has a MIDC industrial area. Also MH is the biggest producer of suger in my district we have the suger factory which is number one in Asia. The western and mid Maharashtra has good agriculture development. The proper irrigation system which was built a long ago still benefits Maharashtra.
Plenty of ports for import and export. The Konkan area for tourism. Good road and transportation facilities.
Also the most important thing we get inspiration from Chatrpati Shivaji Maharaj the great warrior king 👑 and we are blessed with plenty of literature from our sants which teaches us to remain on progressive path 🙏

As Maharshtrian don't migrate to other states of india. Bt Instead they migrate to other countries.

Now business means don't count retailers and shopkeepers. I m talking about large manufacturing companies. Only colletive shopkeepers have great contributions in maharashtra's gdp and tax revenue but individuals has no significant impact.
