ASH Staging did such a beautiful job in this apartment. those fellows really have an eye for detail. It's not the biggest space but it's cozy and inviting. i LOVE the kitchen colors! well done

Beautiful, but I wonder what any of these people are doing or how they feel about gentrification and the displacement of lower income housing opportunities. Such a complicated but very real issue that feels unaddressed by the shiny, new, let's make everything pretty, bring downtown uptown work being done here.

As a native new yorker it's a slap in the face, so MANY living paycheck to paycheck or barely surviving. You should of seen of L.I.C in queens looked before being gentrified over the past decade.

Right. All these beautiful homes are made for rich white transplants, not the Black people who've been living in Harlem for generations and created the heritage and Black culture that Harlem is known for.
200,000 Black people have been forced to leave NYC in the past decade, while white people have become the majority in formerly Black enclaves. It's systematic, horrific and tragic.

Beautifully staged, but kinda surprising to see those old (and often loud) HVAC units in a new build.

Said the same thing. Those things look ugly as sin and take up way too much space.

Why is there two of them in the same room? Can someone educate me on that?

@@l.s.11 Usually for larger spaces, two AC units are more efficient with warming/cooling than one. We have the same in our open kitchen/living room space.

Love the staging! At first glance I thought the space was too small, but after staging, you still get a sense of flow throughout the space. I wish there were links to everything.

Being English, not used to seeing those big air conditioners ,which I assume they are necessary in New York, but they are so ugly. Would there not be a way to minimise their presence?

@@shengliang2105 do you live in the city? Neighborhoods here are hyper-local. In many ways, they may as well have said Kansas.

@@tripphampton8201 I guess I don't see it like that way. NYC is a work commuting city, we may not live in the same borough but we see each other often. I supposed if you mostly stay around Harlem then yeah you might only feel an attachment to your neighborhood.
