It is Turkey. There people are warm and are touching and kissing each other a lot.
The same apply for most of the Mediterranean countries like Italy and Spain for example.
There's no need for anyone to be touching each other in this way even if there wasnt a virus going around. To many or most it just looks weird. Its almost like unnecessary excess human contact. I'd be in hell if I had to be in a job like that. Especially with severe social anxiety anyway. Even in day to day life I never understand why people feel the need to be do close to complete strangers.. Like queuing in a line in shops. Its seriously invading a persons own personal space. Many feel seriously uncomfortable, and some cases pick pockets, thieves use the getting to close behind other people to their advantage. I hope as many people as possible , should everyone, being fully compliant with what is being ordered by the government and sticking to the social distance rule. For people with severe mental health and severe anxiety, its definitely a every day routine to always keep distance, and hate it when others invade their personal space. Others , why they like to stand so close, I'll never know, its pathetic and completely unnecessary.

I am confused... Per CDC -the virus can spread through droplets from one infected person to another person and if those droplets fall on nose, mouth or eyes. If the droplets fell on hands of second person and they touch their face (nose,mouth,eyes) - then possible to transmit the virus...
In the video just normal hand to hand contact, paper contact, the coffee button contact, the lift button contact etc.. but no face touching until the guy near the lift touched his face....
