    How do I change the font and size on Microsoft word on the app. I’m on iPhone? Are there any tutorials on how to use word properly on the iPhone app?

    I know this is really not on topic for this video but my surface pro 8 keyboard has stopped working and won't connect. How do I fix this?

      1. Which Windows version are you using (e.g. Windows 10 or Windows 11)? To find out which version of Windows your device is running, Select Start > Settings > System > About.
      2. Have you tried connecting a different keyboard and see if it works?
      3. Is the affected keyboard working while in UEFI?
      4. Were there any changes made to your device before the issue started?
      5. What troubleshooting steps have you done so far? That way, we can focus on the ones you haven't tried yet.

      @@MicrosoftCustomerSupport Hello, I am right now using Windows 11 and no I have not tested any other keyboard nor have I tested it in the uefi

      While waiting, and if you haven't tried yet, please check if you'll be able to force a restart on your Surface, by following these steps:
      1. Press and hold the power button until your Surface shuts down and restarts.
      2. You will see the Windows logo screen (about 20 seconds), then release the power button.

      ​@@MicrosoftCustomerSupport Question 4, I had recently got a new razer mouse and when I plugged it in it asked me to install software for the mouse. When I did it said the software can also clean up my computer by deleting files and system processes that aren't useful, so like any other person I would expect, I clicked on clean my computer. Im not quite sure if this is the problem, I have checked over the software to revert stuff but nothing has happened. I did hard reset my laptop, and restart the computer from the bios but nothing has worked

      Thank you for your response. May we know if you have tried taking any troubleshooting steps in an attempt to resolve this issue with your keyboard?
      If not, we would like you to try these steps:
      Check for errors in the device manager. Go to search and search for device manager > Expand all drivers and look for exclamation points > If there's an error, right-click the driver, then choose uninstall, then restart the device.
      Run the Surface Diagnostic Toolkit and check Windows Update.
      Run the System File Checker.
      - Install the driver package. Check the specific OS build in your Windows Settings > System > About. Download the driver and firmware for the Surface, choose the Surface Pro device that you are using, and click download on the next page. Please choose the.msi file that matches your current OS build and click Next. After the download, run and install the.msi, then restart the Surface device.
      Boot to the UEFI settings. The UEFI environment is outside the Windows system, so any issues that persist in the UEFI could be potential hardware issues. Go to settings > Update & Security > Under Advanced Start up, click on Restart Now. Once you're in the UEFI settings, go to Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Choose the Command Prompt > Type "notepad" > On the notepad, test the keys that are not working and see if they work or not while on the UEFI.

      @@MicrosoftCustomerSupport I need contact by email, and I have read countless pages and it doesn't give me a solution, there is no support email anywhere, they hacked me, they changed my email, I don't have access, and I invested a lot of money in that account, help pls:c

    Microsoft locked me out of my live account for security measures. No one else has accessed my account. Im losing time i just paid for. This is fraud let me log in.

      @@MicrosoftCustomerSupport i dont know what is enabled and not enabled. Two factor i dont believe so. I tried for a few hours to get this worked out. This happened to me about a decade ago and i had to get console i.d.s, i.p. Addresses, old codes i used just to prove who i was. I bought a two week subscription and a digital game just to play for the two weeks. Not a cheap game either. Im not going to post any information of mine here. I ran through your process to recover my account to no avail. I would just like a refund to my credit card for the game pass ultimate and the game which was about 50 dollars. You guys can see my account and what i recently purchased so it shouldnt be a hassle proving that, my credit card is already linked to my live account so that should be easy enough. Im done playing on this system, i just want a refund. I bought halo wars 2 complete edition for around 50 dollars it was a digital code. If you give me an email or some way of communicating with you outside of a public forum or that joke of customer service website that has no options to communicate with a person i would be glad to give you my account name, and the emails associated with it. I want a refund to my card i do not want store credit. Thank you.
