Really great what you are doing with free motion feet. I don’t have much experience with it yet but I will exercise this beautiful art of sewing. You gave me a lot of very nice ideas for dressmaking. Your video’s are really fantastic. Thank you very much and have a nice day
What setting do you use for free motion embroidery with the Atelier 3? The instruction manual doesn't mention free motion quilting. I have bought the correct quilting foot set but apart from lowering the feed dog am not sure which setting to press. There's also a different bobbin holder you can use.
Hi Julia, I have never used these little feet but I will definitely try that! I like free motion work and I use as you told the hopping foot the most. Thanks for the clear explanation and the ideas. See you next time.
You can use either. Embroidery (rayon ) will give more shine. I usually use just a bobbinfill underneath in a neutral colour as it is finer and you get more on the bobbin. Xx
Another very helpful and informative video, even for those of us who have done a bit of free-motion sewing. Thank you - great job, even though I got here a little late.
Great as always Julia. Thank you.
