This is a lovely video. Your methods may not be applicable to everyone as it is, but surely everyone will have some take away from this video. Thank you, Josh!
Idk why youtube suggested me this video first - 38 lbs is not over 20kg second - kcal counting that „doesn’t allow for macronutrients” ? check labels or use an app third - just eating less by 5% reduces the intake by 5% if you lost 5% of lean mass you can adapt by just cutting a few grams on each portion fourth - diagram with energy spent is misleading because in no way will your body adjust to the extent of removing your whole bowel movement and making you room temperature - 80%??? that will still take at least 1k kcal even if you are the smallest person good luck on your journey and please refer to some other sources ps: i’m doing intermittent fasting rn and it’s working very well for me 😅
Explaining long-term fasting to my spouse would cause a red flag to rise. What would you recommend for someone who enjoys going to the gym, eats a relatively healthy diet, and yet cannot lose that final 10-15 lbs.?
Hey! I would try and cut calories further. Perhaps cut down the fat content in particular as it has the highest calorie density (assuming that your carbs are already healthy carbs). You could also try to increase exercise which could provide a short term boost. You could also try one meal a day fasting. That can fit in quite well with a typical schedule.
great video!
Thanks!
