I feel in love with your style of houses at least with the Saratoga Tuscan. The music really allowed me to be dazzled by your structure.
I plan on furthering my career as an engineer. However, my strongest points are the new programs that are out for developing medical and architectural concepts.

I am interested in designing a few homes. Many of them are $80-90K while some fictitious designs I believe can go for $100-750K
I thought I would be able to design a few concepts and let a few realtors and contractors decided if they like them.
Due to me trying to go to school for medical engineering, I am afraid that I will not have time to learn about building a home and learning how to care for it. So I figured why not try to work on some concepts and let's hope individuals like you can provide pointers for people like me.
