Enjoy our first episode in Florida! We have gotten so many request to tour some Florida properties that we had to pack up the car and drive across the country to film some. Let me know how you like our first tour here!
I liked it
Remind me of Hearst Castle
Absolutely love it great job Enes
Nobody gives a SHIT
Glad to have you here in our backyard. Great tour of this amazing home. As always great video/editing by Mikey
Sellers market
NOT A BUYERS MARKET
DONT BUY PEOPLE
I'm glad they shaved that $5,000 off the asking price so it's closer to my budget
lol, yeah, me too!
Yep, 80 mil would be a little too much
Lol
😅
Who in the hell needs 19 bathrooms?
Finally a mansion worthy of being called a mansion. It’s unique and unlike all those modern mansions and penthouses that look the same and lack character.
It's not unique at all
Whoever buys it definitely doesn’t believe in climate change lol
It's gaudy and outdated. Vegas wants its faux casino home back
@@Jin-_-._.104 bruh what
@@ieatass3367 it looks like every single 1920's mansion I've seen. And being from the northeast, there are an insurmountable number of these types of mansions.
For the first time on this channel i can say this house is worth the money. The beach side location, the hand crafted details, the luxurious and varying materials, the grandeur
I might agree with you if it weren't for the neighbor's properties abutting this one with almost no space between them. That's kinda crazy. For this asking price, I'd expect a bit more elbow room. Idk... @ 2:15
It's obviously *NOT* worth the asking price because it's not sold. Look at the current information and see why nobody bought it....then or now.
Some of the old style materials are easy to get hands on if you repurchase. But I bet they paid top dollar to have it all hand crafted instead of taking out of an existing home or whatever. It seems like 15% of their materials could've been about 90% cheaper had they just bought a couple of 1920's mansions up in the northeast.
@@movingonandup322 Вы правы. Такому дому нужно больше свободного пространства вокруг.
They dropped the price to 60 mil and it still didn't sell. So, not worth the price
This is one of the homes that actually deserve the price tag. I think this is absolutely beautiful.
It's just so sad that it's on a postage stamp sized lot. A building like this deserves acreage.
This actually feels like a home. So much more alive than some of the more modern corporate looking mansions.
this is the house i would buy if i ahd the money haha, other that are more expensive just done have the atmosphere
Cool dude... excell sale... thebuilding, of vourse is far older... much of the stone work is taken from Central American Mesoamerican pyramids (3000-4000 years ago) ... last purchase... 'Ma Hoose'... cool...
Yesss
I feel the exact opposite tbh! It's beyond ornate and overwhelming but--- I am also a life-long minimalist. My brain doesn't understand "stuff" and registers it as clutter and crap. I'd be stuck standing there overwhelmed and never get anything done. :P
@@Cole_Cross agreed! It's impossible for anything that big to feel or look like a home. I have no idea what @Devante is smoking on.
this house actually feels like it's worth 80m unlike those other empty modern art galleries with kitchens in water closets...
so much character and luxury it's fabulous
Yeah. Looks like Caesar’s palace.
Trust me i live in Florida, this mansion is a rip-off! Only on 1.5 acres?? You can see the neighbors! In Florida a hurricane comes every year, you have to EVACUATE due to safety and flash-floods, especially since your rite next to the ocean. Delray Beach is a poor city to live in, this mansion is EXTREMELY OVERPRICED.
@@planetstar524 obviously the home has been designed to withstand flash-floods and high winds. Enes went on about those insane windows. Your standard house wouldnt be able to withstand these types of weather conditions, so therefore you have to evacuate.
@@tanaytoshniwal8518 dude not a category 4 or higher hurricane, you get tornados and power surges. Can these windows withstand FLYING CARS, TREES, OR LIGHT POLES!?? Roofs being ripped off!? Surge winds?!? I don’t think so! This house is meant to withstand a cat. 3 at max, anything more powerful that’s your own ignorance. Not to mention when the power goes out for weeks on end, imagine the generator set-up for this place, nightmare!
@@planetstar524 what are you even talking about. I live in florida as well. Many mansions here are on less than 2 acres. Idk Bayshore? Davis Island? Miami, Tampa, Daytona, plenty in jacksonville. SO idk what you're talking about.
Honestly I love seeing house tours like this where you can see that owner is living in it etc. With all of it's organized clutter. It just feels more alive and lived in as opposed to just staged to look nice
Having lived in Florida, this might be the best innately Floridian (and yet Roman) thing I've ever seen. The stonework is PHENOMENAL. The painted ceiling in the club room feels like a great cathedral. It must be a religious experience walking through this home.
The filming, the editing, the informations and the way you guys interact is SUPERIOR
thanks for the feedback! appreciate it!

It's hard for me to say if the asking price is worth it or not, 1.5 isn't a lot of property and it looked pretty cramped. Having said that, this house is a sculpture and absolutely beautiful. This was built by true craftsmen.
it's definitely a lot of property for a heavily populated metropolitan area
Cramped !!!!????? do you realise how you come across !!!!
@@KF-cx8bm when you can spit and hit your neighbor's window, yeah cramped. I said it and I stick by it. Nice house just needs to be on 20 acres of land with a private lake.
@@gonebutnotforgotten5279all about location bud…most expensive properties in the country are penthouses
@@gonebutnotforgotten5279 noises too. Can't imagine you don't hear a lot of stuff happening on either side. I'd imagine investigating your neighbors is a must before pulling the trigger.
The ceilings in each room are AMAZING!! The variation of the use of materials and details is overall superb! The custom furniture in the theater, the wallpaper... EVERYTHING... is...just... wow lol ♥

wow. just wow. throughout the entire video I was saying "wow" and "oh my god' and "that is absolutely stunning". I've been binging a ton of your vids and this house is definitely my favorite house. I love everything about it. my jaw was dropped the entire time lol. The renaissance type of architecture is one of my favorites and when we saw that one room with the spiral staircase I was absolutely blown away at how gorgeous it was. and when you said "I could make a 15 minute video talking about just this room alone" I was like PLEASE DO I LOVE IT. I loved absolutely everything about this house. and I loved all the different themes as well. the tremendous attention to detail. I was in awe the entire time. I cannot express it. I paused the video so many times to just relish it. it's like the owner/designer and I have the exact same style. It's a stunning architectural masterpiece but still feels like a home.
I love the part where Mikey asks a which Greek God the Statue is based on. so wholesome cool to see a channel where the camera man is not just a servant to the host
I like how they don't price it 80M but just 79,9M, like a billionare would be fooled by this genius marketing tactic 😂
Lmao
It's like $79.99 instead of $80 but for rich people, galaxy brain.
psychological, it works on everyone. It's not about fooling them consciously, it's subconscious. :)
Hahahahahaaa... Best comment I've seen on RUclips in 2021
Doesn't matter, a house like this gets negotiated by like $5 million at a time or more. It could start at $80 million and end up at $50 million.
This channel has the best Mansions tour who actually focuses on the details.

So far, I have 1,600+ books.
I would love this library for my books.
I've been watching your content for a couple of months now, and as a result RUclips recommends me other house tour videos, but I have to say none of them have the incredible production values like yours do, and I love how Mikey compliments your tours. Just enough banter, and back and forth to liven up the video. You guys feels natural together, none of the forced enthusiasm that I see in other videos. Keep up the good work, I wish you guys a lot of future success AND fun while making these videos, and thank you for the hours of entertainment!! 🙏 🤗

Hi, I totally agree with you guys. Same i wish all of you a very good and amazing week
Something about Italian architecture that just fits so well in the Florida environment.
it matches the Castilian style exteriors

As soon as I saw that club room/library I thought maybe a hidden room behind those built-in shelves
that would've been a cool addition!
Shhh…that’s where the panic bunker room is! 🥸

My first thought was how can anyone watch that TV above the fireplace from that curved sofa - they would have to look straight up. That space requires a linear or rectangular sofa with chaise ends and/or recliners in each seat to tilt the viewers back in order to watch that TV.
Okay... this is a Real Mansion! Beautiful inside and outside! The details are incredible!
The marble carving details are stunning!
This house was conceived and built by Massimo Musa, an Italian immigrant who with his brothers Max and Marc Andrea founded the Eyeglass World chain of retail stores, and was CEO of the Lasik Eye Institute before his early death at age 48 in 2010.

So Evan Musa, the guy with the cool socks who talked about the house is his son. This young man owns it!
This is the only house I actually wish I owned. Out of all the other ones this one is by far my absolute favorite and I highly doubt another house will ever surpass it. The amount of detail! I would never have to go to any museum ever again! I’d just tour my house. Lol.
Yes you would have to go to a museum. That is if you are not satisfied with fake copies

I really hope LeBron James buys this house --- fit for a "king"
I’ve seen way more beautiful houses in Europe for a fraction of the price
@@Gaba_Ghoul In my educated opinion, this one is worth about half to a little over half what they're asking for it.
This is an amazing custom built mansion! I love every single detail of this home! And right on the ocean!!! Thank you showing this gorgeous home! I think this is the kind of home I should live in! ⚡️✨💥⭐️✨
This is the most grand, well thought out, genuine house I've ever seen. All the marble is real, the design is well thoughout and tasteful, no expense spared in making this home a truly classic Italian villa. It really contrasts with the cheap McMansions on either side of this property and shines like a jewel in the rough.
The primary bedroom is bigger than my whole house! Amazing property.
glad you like the house!
Same here...lol
Lol
yep for 80 million the primary bedroom better be the size of an average home lmao
@@EnesYilmazer Most of the furniture does not seem to match the style of the house. Did the owners remove a lot of the furniture? See 7:35 and 8:29 for examples. I really enjoy your channel. Thanks.

The detail in this house is unsurpassed. I wondered if there was a floor entry for people that cannot climb all those stairs. You answered my question. Thank goodness for elavators. The pool is divine.
What a beautiful house. The Italian owner knew what he wanted. And he did a good job.
It's actually worth showing to people. It's actually a beautiful mansion.
Mikey turned into one of the best cameramen and cutter of entire youtube, just crazy. And by far better and better looking than anything on TV, same for Enes as a Host.
This. ☝️ I watched another channel a couple times and while the houses were nice, I became nauseous from the camera swings every time and gave up. They could take a lesson from Mikey.
I really like the back and forth between them.
That “Guest House” is a normal size house in Los Angeles lol
yep! it's quite big!
The average house in Los Angeles is far smaller than that. Many of the houses in LA only have one bathroom.
Not.a guest house, it is for live in caretakers. That is why it is occupied and not viewable. Trust me the finishes inside are the same level of luxury inside
The guest house is 1000 square feet bigger than any house I have ever lived in.
I love the amount of details in the home. My favorite part is that area in the front of the house where you can hang out. I've been wanting a large front porch but if I have this with a few extra tweaks, that would be amazing. I also love the ocean so being right there and having your room face the ocean is amazing as well. The movie theater was different too. Red is my favorite color so I thought that was unique.
This one by far takes the cake so far. It is worth every cent of it's asking price. The intricacy of every detail is breathtaking
The ceilings are spectacular
i totally agree!
ruclips.net/video/bepw4Yb1Ipk/видео.html
This is absolutely one of my favorite homes. The detail and attention that was put into each room is so refreshing. The choice of colors, natural lighting, lighting and textures is a feast for the eyes. I wonder if it is situated for natural airflow?
Texture so thick
Natural airflow in Florida? No way hahaha lots of ac units
This home is absolutely breathtaking, especially that primary bedroom entrance. I can't get over the ocean view, just imagine distressing after a long day after work there.
I love the flow of this one, the interior courtyard is amazing
Gorgeous house, being Italian myself I appreciate the love and attention to details, the marbles, the natural stone always gives houses a warmer feel. I did find the master bedroom a little underwhelming, still beautiful but pretty plain compared to the rest of the house. The stone with the shells it’s called “Florida Keystone shell stone” it’s natural not man made and it’s a great alternative to Travertine!
Thank you for the great tour
Being Italian
Old Italian style
The stone with the shell
I would stay in that study all day! The woodworking and detail is just incredible in this home! The artwork is stunning as well. In love with the marble and onyx inlay in the master wing hallway - wow! This is my favorite of all the homes you've toured so far!
Yes! The study was the best. Except I’d prefer a different fireplace mantle. That one doesn’t appeal to me so much.
You mean the *Club Room?*
The owners really spent lavishly on every detail of this home. Looks like 70 % of the intricate fixtures, stonework and marble details was shipped from Europe.
That master bedroom view one of the best beach views I have ever seen 😍 . The Architect who designed and positioned the home for that perfect beach view is awesme and deserves a high five. Waking up to that view is amazing.
Absolutely gorgeous!!!! They nailed every detail of that home !!! Just beautiful!!!

Stunning. Absolutely stunning. I was so lucky to tour Italy when young. It's like they took the most beautiful architecture from Italy modernised certain aspects of it, made it homely, and moved in. An architectural marvel. Unfortunately I have no Italian connections but I can say with confidence: Only an Italian eye could have rendered such exquisite beauty.

This is the best Florida episode you’ve done! Often times European inspired homes (especially Italians) tend to be gaudy without authenticity and too extravagant and ornamented without taste. But this one really showcases the best of Italian features and architectural elements. The meticulous woodwork, stonework, metalwork, artwork, and even the staging all flow well and are carried out painstakingly. This obviously is not for someone with floating vanity and waterfall edged countertop in mind who buys this house. But I can picture someone who truly respects all the time and effort to complete this property ultimately owning it. Bravo.
Europe
They test impact rating on windows by firing up a jet engine and throwing stuff into the Windstream at the glass (and other construction materials needing hurricane wind ratings). I know this because I worked for the company that does this type of testing for about 90% of the construction market. It's wicked awesome and they can control the speed of debri better using a jet engine than just launching stuff. It also simulates how randomly and differently items will hit the subject.
awesome!
I'm in love with every inch of this house. That study/library is awesome. I would love to stay here with my sister.
I don't typically care for old timey spaces, I'm more of a modern guy, but this home with all its character in every space... especially the black and gold fireplace, absolutely stunning.

@@jb6712 agreed. 👍🏼
This is the 1st time I've loved everything about a house 😍 it looks so perfect, so artistic, that wood ceiling.
The most awesome old time-me house ever! I am in awe of the place
I love these videos. I watch them and feel so relaxed. Please make more! Thanks
I exclusively love how Enes doesn't round the price of properties and just writes them as it is.
Why would you like that??
@@Anglo-EgyptianMan lmao I was thinking that was very specific
@@Anglo-EgyptianMan because many just give random rounded numbers that are not accurate
@@Anglo-EgyptianMan Because this way he doesn't provide inaccurate thumbnails or titles to us. This behavior shows his honesty. I suppose.
I genuinely can’t imagine having that much money and living in a home like that.

I watch things like this and daydream. 😂 People like us just enjoy the view. I couldn’t help but wonder what kind of work the owner does. 🤔
@@HelloKitty-jz5gm Owner is working at McDonald's
@@natsalta The owner probably owns several McDonald’s.
It’s unfafthomable
This home is worthy of a comparison to Vanderbilt homes built at the turn of the last century. I am going to bet that Eagle’s Nest on Long Island, NY was an inspiration. That same limestone with the shells embedded are real and natural. Truly a beautiful example of architecture. The home is priceless if every detail is taken into consideration.
what a spectacular home - compared to others you have highlighted Enes and Mikey - this one is worth it- the details are amazing - I love the wrought iron work and timeless design
I kept looking for rooms and bedrooms that would make me feel like it is exactly what I want! Other homes were fine but this mansion really gets everything right. Thank you for showing us this stunning property
