For the first time on this channel i can say this house is worth the money. The beach side location, the hand crafted details, the luxurious and varying materials, the grandeur
I might agree with you if it weren't for the neighbor's properties abutting this one with almost no space between them. That's kinda crazy. For this asking price, I'd expect a bit more elbow room. Idk... @ 2:15
Some of the old style materials are easy to get hands on if you repurchase. But I bet they paid top dollar to have it all hand crafted instead of taking out of an existing home or whatever. It seems like 15% of their materials could've been about 90% cheaper had they just bought a couple of 1920's mansions up in the northeast.
Finally a mansion worthy of being called a mansion. It’s unique and unlike all those modern mansions and penthouses that look the same and lack character.
@@ieatass3367 it looks like every single 1920's mansion I've seen. And being from the northeast, there are an insurmountable number of these types of mansions.

Having lived in Florida, this might be the best innately Floridian (and yet Roman) thing I've ever seen. The stonework is PHENOMENAL. The painted ceiling in the club room feels like a great cathedral. It must be a religious experience walking through this home.
The ceilings in each room are AMAZING!! The variation of the use of materials and details is overall superb! The custom furniture in the theater, the wallpaper... EVERYTHING... is...just... wow lol ♥
This style never gets old. Timeless. Definitely one of my favorites! Just gorgeous. Thank you for going over the weather protection part. I was wondering about that

This is the most grand, well thought out, genuine house I've ever seen. All the marble is real, the design is well thoughout and tasteful, no expense spared in making this home a truly classic Italian villa. It really contrasts with the cheap McMansions on either side of this property and shines like a jewel in the rough.

An architectural marvel. Unfortunately I have no Italian connections but I can say with confidence: Only an Italian eye could have rendered such exquisite beauty.
From a previous video of this home, I believe the original owner is from Italy and many of the homes things like wood and marble etc were imported from Italy. So beautiful. Current owner I meant
Gorgeous house, being Italian myself I appreciate the love and attention to details, the marbles, the natural stone always gives houses a warmer feel. I've watched quite a few of your videos and have not commented on any of them but I agree with most of the comments. This house is the first house that actually looks like a HOME. Most of the mega mansions you visit look like spec investment properties that nobody will ever live in and it's sad that there are so many homeless people in the world who would just be grateful to have access to a toilet. But, well done. I hope that whomever purchased this home loves it as much as the previous owner.
That kitchen and family room space really just made me stop in awe it looks like the perfect place to cook and bake to your heart’s content. Thank you so much for sharing this home with us!
Honestly I love seeing house tours like this where you can see that owner is living in it etc. With all of it's organized clutter. It just feels more alive and lived in as opposed to just staged to look nice
This is the best Florida episode you’ve done! Often times European inspired homes (especially Italians) tend to be gaudy without authenticity and too extravagant and ornamented without taste. But this one really showcases the best of Italian features and architectural elements. The meticulous woodwork, stonework, metalwork, artwork, and even the staging all flow well and are carried out painstakingly. This obviously is not for someone with floating vanity and waterfall edged countertop in mind who buys this house. But I can picture someone who truly respects all the time and effort to complete this property ultimately owning it. Bravo.
Mikey turned into one of the best cameramen and cutter of entire youtube, just crazy. And by far better and better looking than anything on TV, same for Enes as a Host.

this mansion gives me great gatsby vibes, given the 1920s inspired style. I was instantly captivated by the significant attention to spaciousness and diverse tile/flooring. I am in love with this mansion and hope the next person who resides in it will be fulfilled from everything they want in a mansion!
Wow!! I love that they also mended some contemporary elements seamlessly into such a classic work of masterful Mediterranean work of art. The attention to detail is amazing. This is an absolutely stunning piece of architecture.
I would stay in that study all day! The woodworking and detail is just incredible in this home! The artwork is stunning as well. In love with the marble and onyx inlay in the master wing hallway - wow! This is my favorite of all the homes you've toured so far!
What a beautiful house. The Italian owner knew what he wanted. And he did a good job. It's actually worth showing to people. It's actually a beautiful mansion.
Love love love that room with the spiral staircase... I would make it into a library- and never leave - stunning and has that old world charm. all that was missing was a ladder to reach the books up high. Beautiful home.
This is absolutely one of my favorite homes. The detail and attention that was put into each room is so refreshing. The choice of colors, natural lighting, lighting and textures is a feast for the eyes. I wonder if it is situated for natural airflow?
The owners really spent lavishly on every detail of this home. Looks like 70 % of the intricate fixtures, stonework and marble details was shipped from Europe. That master bedroom view one of the best beach views I have ever seen 😍 . The Architect who designed and positioned the home for that perfect beach view is awesme and deserves a high five. Waking up to that view is amazing.
Out of all the mansions you guys have shown, I’ve loved a lot of them but NEVER anything as much as this. This is truly spectacular, classy, elegant and just WOW...I usually don’t like the homes outside of California but this...this one is in a class by itself. Absolutely stunning. That hallway leading to the primary bedroom, what an entrance to a bedroom.
This is the only house I actually wish I owned. Out of all the other ones this one is by far my absolute favorite and I highly doubt another house will ever surpass it. The amount of detail! I would never have to go to any museum ever again! I’d just tour my house. Lol.
I never liked this kind of house but looking at this one changed my mind this house is really a piece of art I never wanted a house so much as this one too...love Ur work stay blessed
I watch a lot of your videos and scratch my head at times at either the prices or the actually feeling of a real home which many do not have. This house has a feel of home. Nothing cookie cutter. Kudos to the owner
I don't typically care for old timey spaces, I'm more of a modern guy, but this home with all its character in every space... especially the black and gold fireplace, absolutely stunning.
This is my favorite house of all the houses that you've toured. That courtyard reminded me of a Chinese Siheyuan, and the club room felt straight out of a fairy tale, all the dark wood combined with the spiral staircase and ceiling painting actually gave me chills. Everything about this one is just so perfect.
I kept looking for rooms and bedrooms that would make me feel like it is exactly what I want! Other homes were fine but this mansion really gets everything right. Thank you for showing us this stunning property
I love Italian style and this house reminds me of Venice with the details. Fit for a royal family, almost too elegant. I could put up with hurricanes and humidity if I lived there!
To live in a mansion would be awesome, but to live in THIS mansion is beyond my wildest dreams. Simply FABULOUS and GRAND. Very nice presentation of the most beautiful building in Florida I'm sure. You hit a homerun on your first showcase tour there. So glad I subscribed to your channel. Keep up the fantastic work!
I must commend you Enes! Your tour of this property is absolutely Epic!! The details cannot be overlooked, but you present an amazing foreshadowing of what's to come if you owned this incredible home. Quite possibly the finest home I have ever seen in the United States. Thank you!

This home is absolutely breathtaking, especially that primary bedroom entrance. I can't get over the ocean view, just imagine distressing after a long day after work there.

Whoa! What a masterpiece! So much attention to detail! Best home I've seen! students of architecture and design should have the opportunity to see this home. It is so easy to mess up this design so that it feels overwhelming but the owner did a fantastic job. It's perfect!
Been watching for a while now, this is the most beautiful home you have shown us yet. Thank you so much for this tour Enes. Just amazing attention to detail inside and out.
My first thought was how can anyone watch that TV above the fireplace from that curved sofa - they would have to look straight up. That space requires a linear or rectangular sofa with chaise ends and/or recliners in each seat to tilt the viewers back in order to watch that TV.
I live about 20 minutes from Delray and love taking drives by the coast on occasion. I've probably driven by this house hundreds of times and had no idea how beautiful it was on the inside. I've seen many mansions, but this is the first one I feel actually looks and feels like a mansion. It's not just a giant modern box with a bunch of cool tech gadgets, bells, and whistles inside. It has so much character and actually feels grand. It looks like a castle/palace to me! I'm in love!
I don't think you would EVER be lonely if you owned a Home like that..You would have more "Friends" than you would know what to do with...You would Pray for a Quiet Moment of Peace and Solitude 🤗
Wow! This was absolutely stunning!! If i had to explain a dream home, this would be it. Of course i would switch out the countertops in the kitchen so its not so white and maybe add some color to the gym room. But overall, marvelous home. The owners have some really good taste in architecture and design. And props to the men who built every inch of this home. I hope they got paid what they deserved.
I'm only ⅓ of the way into this video and I'm literally 🤤. I don't have words, other than this being a dream home for many people like myself. Unbelievable, you guys are so lucky to witness these properties in person. I'm so jealous
@@EnesYilmazer Most of the furniture does not seem to match the style of the house. Did the owners remove a lot of the furniture? See 7:35 and 8:29 for examples. I really enjoy your channel. Thanks.

It’s extremely rare for me to tour a home and not see several things that I would have don’t different or would change, but there was not one thing I would change about this home. Absolutely stunningly gorgeous property
I find the Tahoe lake mansion ( shown on this channel only ) way more sophisticated and cozy than this one. Also, the Huge axse ranch video ( in CA ) of 50 minutes. Those two take the cake among Enes' videos.
@@smalltownsessions2072 Yeah instead of the machines i'd have a bigger poker table on the right and a pool table on the left. Would also have a steam and sauna room where the Poseidon statue is or convert that large empty room into overlooking the backyard into them (just seems a bit useless and there are already so many bedrooms), then have a staircase up to them from the open lower area. Other than that i love everything about the place. So much to it and the architecture and attention to detail is amazing. Honestly i think this is the most impressive architecturally of all the ones i've seen so far. Seems to have thought of everything and actually thought about the needs/wants of people who'd live there.

At first I thought I wouldn't like this house. Not my style. But as the tour progressed, I was overwhelmed by the excellent craftsmanship, gorgeous materials, attention to detail, and the surprising coziness of this home despite the size. I am truly impressed and enamored.

I love a big library.
So far, I have 1,600+ books.
I would love this library for my books.
This is absolutely one of my favorite homes. The detail and attention that was put into each room is so refreshing. The choice of colors, natural lighting, lighting and textures is a feast for the eyes. I wonder if it is situated for natural airflow?
Texture so thick
Natural airflow in Florida? No way hahaha lots of ac units
Absolutely gorgeous place! Let's hope whoever lives here has as many loved ones, as he has money, to share it with.

Lol.
Yes you would have to go to a museum. That is if you are not satisfied with fake copies
fit for a king like mj
I really hope LeBron James buys this house --- fit for a "king"
I’ve seen way more beautiful houses in Europe for a fraction of the price
@@Gaba_Ghoul In my educated opinion, this one is worth about half to a little over half what they're asking for it.
I never liked this kind of house but looking at this one changed my mind this house is really a piece of art I never wanted a house so much as this one too...love Ur work stay blessed
happy to hear that! glad you like the house!
Loved the club room!!!

So true
I’m just left speechless at this grand home!! It reminds me of a fantasy palace. Every single detail is stunning and the hard work put into it 😍

I've been to Italy about 8 times now.. in different places.. I've never seen any houses or buildings outside Italy that looks and feels THAT much Italy!! That is just insane and incredible how he created that!!! Amazing!!
This home is absolutely breathtaking, especially that primary bedroom entrance. I can't get over the ocean view, just imagine distressing after a long day after work there.
Would be awesome to see you cover every top market around the world! Once travel is back up at least. Tokyo, London, Amalfi coast, etc. there are so many places for you to tour!

Can you just imagine the type of money you'd have to possess to own a home like this? The craftsmanship is what you're paying for in this home. The paintings and the furniture and the kitchen are just beautiful. The owner must be mega rich.

My first thought was how can anyone watch that TV above the fireplace from that curved sofa - they would have to look straight up. That space requires a linear or rectangular sofa with chaise ends and/or recliners in each seat to tilt the viewers back in order to watch that TV.
I am in love with home! And a fan of Italian Renaissance architecture forever! Most beautiful home I have ever seen!
Hello Lynne, how are you doing?
I live about 20 minutes from Delray and love taking drives by the coast on occasion. I've probably driven by this house hundreds of times and had no idea how beautiful it was on the inside. I've seen many mansions, but this is the first one I feel actually looks and feels like a mansion. It's not just a giant modern box with a bunch of cool tech gadgets, bells, and whistles inside. It has so much character and actually feels grand. It looks like a castle/palace to me! I'm in love!
Cant even imagine how lonely I would feel in this gorgeous palace.

Doesn't matter, a house like this gets negotiated by like $5 million at a time or more. It could start at $80 million and end up at $50 million.

The marble carving details are stunning!
I love all the architecture and detail. I cannot imagine living here. Definitely a home for big time entertaining. I am not fan of modern, minimalist design like so many homes today.
This house was conceived and built by Massimo Musa, an Italian immigrant who with his brothers Max and Marc Andrea founded the Eyeglass World chain of retail stores, and was CEO of the Lasik Eye Institute before his early death at age 48 in 2010.

I agree. Sometimes I think homes like this are gaudy but this is… gorgeous
I find the Tahoe lake mansion ( shown on this channel only ) way more sophisticated and cozy than this one. Also, the Huge axse ranch video ( in CA ) of 50 minutes. Those two take the cake among Enes' videos.
I agree apart from that room with the games in
@@smalltownsessions2072 Yeah instead of the machines i'd have a bigger poker table on the right and a pool table on the left.

Mikey´s insights and thorough knowledge of the property, expressed so eloquently in his thoughtful comments, really made this video stand out. Can´t wait for his next FL property presentation.
So much love and detail went into this home and as many others have said in the comments it earns it's value with the quality of the build, materials and finishes and attention to detail. This sort of home is way more interesting than your modern bland styles. Really great tour as always thanks guys!

This is the most amazing home I've ever seen. Normally, mega mansions are as tacky as the people that build them, but everything in this house is magnificently well done and well thought out. While the house is very ornate, it finish out is uniform and proportionate to the house's grandeur. The owners have amazing taste.
If I was a multi-billionaire, with an extended family I'd actually want to live with, this would be the house for me.
At first I thought I wouldn't like this house. Not my style. But as the tour progressed, I was overwhelmed by the excellent craftsmanship, gorgeous materials, attention to detail, and the surprising coziness of this home despite the size. I am truly impressed and enamored.
