I honestly love the portrayal of God in this story, unlike many other religious stories I’ve heard that portray him as the villain. He’s more of an antihero I suppose, destroying the souls of his creations so they don’t have to suffer in the wrong hands

What I'm about to share, is the 100% truth.
What I had happen to go through, and the effects it's left on me.

:In October of 2011 I got double pneumonia. It got to the point where I collapsed before getting treatment.
That's the last thing I remember until waking three months latter.
Turn's out I got so bad I needed to be put into a chemically induced coma, and had multiple lung collapses, and one causing me to go in to cardiac arrest for nearly 15mins.
I don't recall much in the period of time I was gone but.....not all of me came back.
I feel no joy, happiness or anything in the category of good.
I only feel fear, pain, sadness & dread.
I, in all honesty, haven't laughed at anything for nearly a decade.
A scalf here & there but that's it.

After almost bleeding to death, the void he was talking ab is extremely accurate. I probably shouldn’t be watching this... but I’ve questioned what is beyond death since then.

I do. I had a fatal gun shot wound. The bullet hit an artery and I remember once I had gotten weak, I started to fade out. I’d close my eyes and shake back, but the last time I closed my eyes I felt nothing. I couldn’t really hear what was goin on around me, and that’s when I hit the void. It was cold and an emptiness you can’t really describe. I thankfully shook back after a few seconds according to my brother(who is an emt) but I was in that void for what felt like forever. Ive always called it the reapers grasp. That was about a year ago and now hearing this sends me back. I don’t really believe in a god since then.
