These are the best air fryer lamb chops! They're so tender and delicious. Pair them with an easy chimichurri sauce for an amazing meal.

► 1.5 lbs lamb chops lamb loin chops or lamb leg chops
► 2 Tbsps olive oil
► 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
► 1 tsp dried rosemary
► ½ tsp dried oregano
► ½ tsp kosher salt
► ½ tsp garlic powder
► ¼ tsp black pepper
Ingredients Needed for Chimichurri Sauce
► 1 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
► ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
► 4 garlic cloves
► ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
► 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
► ½ tsp Kosher salt
► ¼ tsp red chili flakes
► ⅛ tsp black pepper
