Thank you! My carrots came out PERFECT! Tonight I made the sweet (using an old 2qt corning ware dish that I had previously deemed useless due to its small size), but I still want to try the savory. I love all of your recipes, I would love to see you do a mexican street corn in the air fryer video. I kept thinking about trying it while making the carrots, but wouldn't know where to begin without you! You're a treasure, Tanya
OMG they both look so delicious! I've never made fresh carrots, but I can't wait to try them both! Thank you for making all your meals look so easy and doable to us non cookers. Lol
ah this is awesome. been with a bag of large carrots at the bottom of my veggie bin for a min, having no inspiration of what to do with em. Now I have two!😁🤗
🥕🥕🥕🥕I’ve been craving carrots lately. I think it’s cause I keep seeing them as part of peoples Easter decorations. I love the way you prepared this dish! Your video was clear, well presented, easy to follow and informative. I appreciate your video quality and editing style. I make cooking videos too and I am always looking to learn from other amazing creators like you. I hope we can learn from each other! 👩🌾👩🌾👩🌾
Thank you Tanya! I just got the Air fryer lid for my instant pot and that thing is amazing! I'll be making the savory sooner but will need to try the sweet version too!
Tanya, Your videos are giving me cooking ADD lol! I don’t know what to try first and it’s a little overwhelming… I think I’ll start with beets and carrots and move to chickpeas and donuts (because why not). Also the bowl tip is genius. Thank you!!

These both look good! Will definitely try them . Please tell me what knife you use? It looks nice and sharp. I'm planning on putting a new one on my Christmas list this year. Love your recipes! Thanks for sharing!
I have never roasted vegatables apart from potatoes which sort of dosen't count. I have eaten roasted veg done by others so I am not sure why I haven't done them myself. I have a feeling that will change.
You get a bag of carrots, 1-3lbs, You line a sheet pan with tin foil, you wash them cut off the ends, If you want to peel them go ahead. You heat the oven to 400 degrees. Throw in a stick of butter, salt and pepper them. Depending on the amount, they are good to go in 55 minutes, longer if there are over a pound, it isn't a big deal because the carrots caramelize their own sugars. Over cooking is a good thing here, because it draws out more flavor. Add whatever you want when you are done. But alone they will be awesome as a side.

I came for the air fryer instructions. Tired of heating up my house with the oven. AF is energy efficient.
I subbed in the first 7 seconds ❤❤🥕🥕🥕🥕🥕🥕🧈🧈🧈
Ridiculous subscript taking up half the screen.
You can sauté the carrots in 15min in a pan and have a much better flavor and bite. This is lazy cooking and takes twice as long with half the flavor.
