As for things like kisses, it’s very easy to fake them. Switch up the camera angle, position the actors a certain way, and it’s just like stunt coordination. Looks like they’re kissing when they’re not. It’s very possible and very plausible, they just don’t care to do it because no one tells them it’s wrong.
Funnily enough, there’s little difference between them and a woman who does porn or OF. At the end of the day, the sex or kissing or nudes mean nothing to them, yet unlike with actors, we aren’t cool with being with women like that. And it’s not because there’s any difference between the two.
