So the actual purpose of this video was to entertain people by destroying puzzles. That's fine but I don't understand the nonsense about "seeing what they are made of". If that was the case then you would obviously just disassemble them in a normal way, wouldn't you?
We did take one apart the normal way, we also destroyed some the fun way. Sometimes hands on learning requires a bit of fun for kids to really learn, or be interested in learning. Plenty of boring videos online of cubes being taken apart the normal way, yet kids don't bother to watch those ones. Thanks for watching and commenting!

You're supposed to turn the top layer 45 degrees & then pull out an edge in the top layer by putting your thumb under it and then gripping the top of the piece with your other fingers. To put it back in, the top has to be turned 45 degrees. If it's a Rubik's Brand, you have to stick a screwdriver under the piece instead of your thumb.
Because Rubik's brands are impossible to take apart easily 😂

Hi Ive been speedcubing for almost 3 years now I’ve learned 2 look F2L and some OLL and some PLL my average for the 3 by 3 is 36 seconds what can I do to improve., my main is a moyu aolong V2 I don’t have enough money for lube do I need lube to be faster

flickz! If your a cubes, you should know that you have to turn the top layer 45 degrees and remove the edge piece to dissassemble it correctly
The screws are to keep the centers and the whole cube together. The springs can be loosend or tightened. If u tighten them. The cube will be a bit slower and manouverablity wont be so hot. loosening will make it faster and corner cutting. (the ability to turn when the layer is miss alighned) will be slightly better. If u put a corner peice and an edge peice togethe u will se they fit like a puzzle to keep peices from falling out. theres even special lubricants to either speed up.your cube, slow it down if its to fast, or just make it smoother. well thats all for my rant. peace.

How you take apart a rubik's cube is you turn the top face 45 degrees and you carefully pop an edge piece and take apart the rubik's cube to take the pieces out

#StopCubeViolence is a hashtag used by many cubers urging people to stop destroying cubes for no reason at all. That is exactly what you did. First a saw, then a hammer. And you could have just looked up a tutorial to safely take it apart and see the mechanism. The Rubiks Cube was a part of my childhood, and I am now on Team USA for cubing. This video disappointed me. Please do not do this again to any more cubes. I can understand your curiosity to see the inside of the cube, but there are better ways to do it than smashing one with a hammer and sawing one in half. :(

You Could just move the first layer 45 degrees and the pull the edge piece off or take the center cap off of each center and loosen it with a screwdriver
