I find it extremely poetic and beautiful how eros, the embodiment of the heart, and psyche, of the mind, found eternal love and are in sync. It goes to show how true love is both what you feel and what you choose.

Honestly listening to the stories of Ares and Aphrodite and the other stories with Aries you realize the God of War is one of the most best gods in Greek mythology( besides his uncle Hades) he's a better father he's way more loyal and his relationships are a lot more consensual
It makes u wonder why the myths were written that way. Why the seriel rapists Zeus and Poseidon were written as powerful, heroic and worthy of praise but faithful males like Hades and Aries were written as the worst monsters. Hades was just doing his job, so was Aries. But Zeus often abused the people he was supposed to love and protect. It's weird.

I've always felt the Roman version of Aries the Roman god Mars is more like the adult version of Aries he's more mature and more self-control and he's married to Aphrodite and he still loves War but he's more Tactical and less brutal

I saw somewhere that the word used to describe Hades' love for Leuce is adamavit, this is the strongest word that exist to describe someone's love, it's something like deep love or true love

Apollo was a replacment for Helios, since the greeks slowly forgot him and his sister. So Apollo is the sun God. Also Helios is a Titan and not a God. Please keep that in mind.
