I had seen this interview in 1998. I was a big big fan of his. I wanted him as a Finance Minister for 10 years and then to be our PM for another ten years. Sadly this brilliant , intelligent and articulate man cheated me , cheated my India and turned out to be one of the biggest Crooks in modern India.
