Something I read said never to put gluten free baked things in the fridge because it dries them out fast. If needed to be in the fridge wrap them with saran wrap to help keep out the air.
Hi, thanks for this video. I use the same brand of gluten free flour you talked about for cakes( self rising one) ,but next day my cakes gets very dry, even if I keep them in an air tight container outside the fridge!! Any advice please
