Art is anything you can see value in, and lose yourself in. It's more about passion than anything else. People love seeing patterns, and dominos give you a two way view of patterns, once in its setup and once when it's fallen down. Not to mention, we get the satisfaction vicariously through the artist who made the setup by watching something fall down perfectly. I personally think it's a perfect example of an art form.
