The fire police officer did a fantastic job being by herself. I know it can be difficult directing traffic as a one man army.
Just curious. This looks like some sort of town. No hydrants or the water system down?
This was in the village of Kenilworth (just south of Pottstown). There is not a lot of hydrant infrastructure in that part of the county.
