I love how she uses the cucumber water to blend the mixture. I made a similar recipe this morning, this one looks even better! I am a huge Nisa Homey fan. I must say that she and I have a different idea of ‘fast and easy’ 😉
I used to make all millets like barnyard, kodo, little and foxtail millet idlis and dosas. Even i used to do ragi idli , bajra disa, jowar dosa of ur recipes quite often. In those recipes u used to add urad dhal along with cooked rice. I always follow ur recipes ,but in this sama dosa/idli without having urad dhal u did it. Extremely healthy, delicious and above all highly innovative. I will do this one also like ur earlier recipes. 👏👏👏👌👌
Hi Mrs. Nisha, I have to first thank you for the all the recipes. I have saved all your videos and this pandemic has truly made me a chef and it’s all because of your cooking recipes! Thanks again for everything! My kids love all your recipes.
Great recipe! Can also be eaten for Ekadashi fast...please show more such single grain idli and dosa recipes...i follow one grain meal per day lifestyle and this is like a boon! 🙂🙂
Hello Nisa ji, It'll really help if you could mention number of servings in your recipes. I struggle with deciding it. If you mention that this quantity is for,l let's say 10 idlis or 5 dosas, we can halve or double as per our requirements. 🙏🏼 Thanks for all your tasty & authentic recipes.
